Discourse Analysis of Fundamentals of Trans-Religious Spiritualism in Complementary Medicine

Background: "Trans-religious spiritualism" with claim of providing spiritual needs, promoting spiritual health, giving hope, vitality, giving meaning to life, freeing from aimlessness, improving human relationship with nature and society seeks inner peace and satisfaction in an individual style through a self-made, eclectic and inner spirituality.The aim of this study was to explainthe principles of trans-religious spiritualism.
Methods: This qualitative research was conducted in 2022 with the operational method of discourse analysis for creating closer semantic connection between content and understanding of trans-religious spiritualism; providing a way of understanding the text, context and hypertext.
Results: The meta-discourse atmosphere indicates the formation of this discourse due to the impact of spirituality on human health and life.
Conclusion: The discourse space showed the pantheistic worldview, the monistic approach to the world and the rule of "introversion" and "secularism" in its foundations.The intertextual space indicates its claim for alleviating suffering, - the semantic space indicates its orientation and tendency difference with the religious spirituality. Structural space, showed the effective role of media, "cyberspace" and art in the spread of new spiritualism
