Background: Although spiritual health was studied a long time ago, today understanding its relationship with moral self-efficacy, attachment to God, and existential intelligence is a necessity. In this research, the construct of existential intelligence was studied as a mediating variable in the relationship between attachment to God, moral self-efficacy and spiritual health. Methods: The present study is descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection. The statistical population included medical students of Tabriz University in the academic year 1402-1403. In this study, using a simple random sampling method, 215 medical students of Tabriz University were studied as a statistical sample. Data was collected through a questionnaire. The reliability of measurement tools was measured using Cronbach's alpha, and the combined reliability and validity of measurement tools were measured using convergent and divergent methods. Structural equation method and Smart Pls3 software were used for data analysis. Results: Moral self-efficacy, attachment to God, and existential intelligence have a direct and significant effect on spiritual health. Also, attachment to God (separation anxiety) was a predictor of existential intelligence, but the mediating role of existential intelligence in the relationship between attachment to God, moral self-efficacy, and spiritual health was not confirmed. Conclusion: Strengthening moral self-efficacy, existential intelligence, and attachment to God can enhance students' spiritual health and be considered in educational programs and academic interventions.
