The present century can be called the era of unlimited access to information and the removal of communication barriers, because the development and flourishing of information and communication technology in recent decades and the effects it has had on the global arena have advanced to the point that today, its use has created the right of access to information and communication for humans. With the advent of the era of new communication technologies and the expansion of its learners, new concepts were formed, which were accompanied by many changes and developments in human life. This issue confronted us with a new world, in a way that affected human life and brought about profound changes in the structure of societies and relationships between individuals.
