Inferring The Implications of Healthy Human Life Training in the Holy Quran

Background: Healthy life is achieved when physical and spiritual dimensions are taken into consideration together and the health of the body is taken into consideration along with the purity of the soul. In this regard, the aim of the current research is to know the types of health of the body and purity of the soul from the perspective of the Qur'an, in order to extract their descriptive model in this regard, in order to finally extract the descriptive model of healthy living for human education.
Methods: To achieve this purpose and due to the multifaceted nature of the discussion, the research method is a combination of descriptive phenomenological steps in the phase of referring to the verses of the Qur'an, analyzing and coding data according to the foundation's data strategy with MAXQDA software in three parts: open coding, axial coding and Selective coding and inference method have been the basics in the section of educational implications for educating people with a healthy life.
Results: After fully reading the verses of the Quran, the extracted data were coded, categorized and typified, and the extracted final model was used to infer educational implications.
Conclusion: The results of the research showed that there are 28 open codes in the Quran related to health and purity of body and soul, which have a monotheistic vision, the need for correct health practice based on divine principles and laws, considering the dual dimensions of human creation and their synergistic effect. Paying attention to the principle of clean input to have clean output and paying attention to each dimension and components of a healthy life and good life were inferred by the researchers in the section of educational implications.
