Background: Due to the rapid impact of the Corona outbreak on economic activity, different countries have implemented a variety of short-term plans to deal with the Corona. This paper focuses on the extent to which governments are intervening in the fight against corona. We evaluate and compare the financial support packages in different countries according to available statistical data. Methods: The description of economic interventions is done by collecting statistical data from government reports and international organizations. The statistical sample includes 46 countries with the highest number of patients until May 20, 2020. Results: A comparison of the success rate of the health system (ratio of the number of net recovered people to the number of people suffering from COVID-19) and the share of government financial support in countries affected by the coronavirus prevalence indicates a positive correlation coefficient of 0.26. Conclusion: The high rate of recovery in patients with COVID-19 in Iran has been achieved while the Iranian economy is subject to US brutal sanctions. The experience of Corona Crisis Management in Iran shows that the general mobilization of facilities and capabilities can turn any threat into an opportunity for the country's progress, growth and excellence.
