Background: Nowadays, people suffer from lack of complete health. Despite the World Health Organization's attention to this matter and assigning an independent definition to health and its dimensions, so far no comprehensive definition has been considered for this concept, so that based on it, a comprehensive and practical program can be presented to achieve the health of people in the society. In the review of medical and Islamic texts and the works of thinkers, including the works of Dr. Isfahani, this issue has been addressed and a special place has been considered for spiritual health. Due to the importance of this issue, in this study, the concept of spiritual health in his works has been tried to be compared to what is mentioned in similar studies, and the strategies for achieving spiritual health and comprehensive health in his works have been discussed. Methods: The present descriptive-analytical research was conducted in a qualitative way and through searching the works of Dr. Esfahani and the theories of other thinkers as well as Islamic texts, and finally a comprehensive definition based on his works regarding spiritual health was presented. - It has been Results: In Dr. Isfahani's authored works on the axis of health, he refers to the concept of spiritual health and addresses its independent and special place next to other elements of health, and while emphasizing the importance of spiritual health, it is achieved through the practice of Islamic teachings. has known Conclusion: Based on the studies of Dr. Isfahani, while emphasizing the superiority of spiritual health over other elements of health, he introduces the teachings of Islam as a comprehensive guide to achieve this important goal.
