Background: During a crisis, especially an epidemic, children are more likely to suffer from psychological problems. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between the COVID-19 pandemic and sleep quality, impulsivity, mental health of elementary school children. Methods: The method of this research was correlational, and the statistical population of the research was all primary school students of two districts of Karaj city in the academic year of 2021-2021. In this research, 377 students were selected based on Cochran's formula, using multi-stage cluster sampling method. Data collection tools included the World Health Organization (2020) epidemic questionnaires on the corona virus; The quality and habits of children's sleep by Owens et al. (2000), and children's impulsivity scale by Hirschfield (1965). Research data were analyzed with Pearson correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 24 software. Results: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the COVID epidemic and sleep quality, impulsivity and mental health of primary school students (p<0.05). Conclusion: Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the more restrictions caused by the corona virus pandemic, the more negative impact is seen in sleep habits, impulsiveness and mental health of students.
