Background: Military service often begins with a suspended sense of personal goals, yet environmental and psychological pressures lead to confusion and hopelessness regarding the future. This study identifies hopelessness as the central psychological challenge of service life and introduces spiritual intervention as an effective strategy for enhancing quality of life and rebuilding hope. Methods: The research employs a library–documentary approach with a descriptive–analytical method. Based on the principle of empathy and drawing upon Quranic verses and Islamic narrations, spiritual guidelines are identified and prescribed through conceptual analysis. Results: Strengthening spiritual health through religious and psychological sources restores inner hope. The process begins with spiritual awareness and motivation, followed by explaining the consequences of hopelessness and the virtue of hope, leading to attitudinal transformation. Practical approaches such as trust in God, supplication, and engagement with the Qur’an are emphasized. The spiritual care strategy is founded on three dimensions: cognitive reconstruction, revival of hope through knowledge of divine attributes, and activation of will through righteous action. Prescriptions including self-awareness, remembrance (dhikr), prayer, Qur’an recitation, supplication, and afterlife orientation enhance hope and provide mental tranquility. Conclusion: Spiritual intervention, by activating inner resources and strengthening the divine connection, promotes resilience, reduces psychological harm, and improves the soldiers’ quality of life. It also provides the basis for designing educational programs aimed at achieving comprehensive health across physical, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions.
