Dr. Alireza Aarafi,
Volume 1, Issue 1 (3-2018)
Abstract

Background: Formation of a comprehensive and exhaustive theory of spiritual health demands convergenceand collaboration amongst several disciplines of Islamic theology and formation of an interdisciplinary collaboration. In macro-level Islamic theory, spirituality is a clearly-defined and well- documentedconcept formed on a solid philosophical and logical foundation based on deduction and clear reasoning whichis quite different from emotional spirituality.
Results: According to different definitions based on a wide range of criteria, spiritual health is comprised of metaphysical, mental, and social dimensions and is both humane and supernatural (multi- dimensional). Spiritual health is comprehensive, inclusive, and well-structured, and is considered as in line with other dimensions of humanity with both internal and external presentations. It is noteworthy, however, that its presentation and embodiment which is integral to Islamic culture, has different levels and layers, and is considered as an acquired and voluntary accomplishment attainable by free will.
Conclusion: In this essay, besides introduction of ten criteria of the abovementioned indicators of spiritual health, an analysis of the plights of spiritualism-related perils is also discussed.

Method: In this study scientific presentation of theories and library-oriented  studies were used.
Results: Following an introduction to the science of philosophy the  Islamic philosophical schools of thought were formed (transcendental wisdom) and were explained; the basis and principles construed from the relationship of medicine and transcendental  wisdom are explained and  the theory  of transcendental medicine is discussed.
Conclusion: Via extraction of  Quranic   teachings and their transformation  into theorems and axioms which can be tested , data collection and analysis of the theory of transcendental medicine is presented   for contemplation of thinkers, Islamic scholars and theologians as well as healthcare officials.

Abstract

Background: Corona virus crisis is an important issue, with numerous dimensions in social, governmental, security and media aspects, in addition to the individual dimension. Among these, the mission of the government is of special importance. This research seeks to provide a suitable basis against the damages caused by the corona virus, via examining various philosophical bases and legal documents of the government's civil responsibility.
Methods: This research is theoretical, and the research method is descriptive and analytical. Collection of information is library-based, and achieved by referring to documents, books and articles.
Results: Theories such as public interest, guarantee of rights, guarantee of legitimacy, insurance obligations, and social sponsorship comprise the most important philosophical foundations of government legitimacy; In addition, the legal documentation of the government's civil liability in the face of the Corona crisis is based on the Constitution, common law, the rules of the National Anti-Corona Headquarters and international law. With regard to this type of damages, we will have no choice but to resort to philosophical foundations that lead to public law and distributive justice.
Conclusion: One of the most important results of this study is to pay attention to new solutions in the field of unavoidable damages, such as damages caused by natural disasters, such as corona. In this regard, the public natural disaster insurance fund of the country is one of the important and mandatory needs.
