fa تحلیل نقادانه تحریم بر انتشارات کشور با نگاه به فلسفه اخلاق عمومى General ديدگاه Perspective <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">انسانیت انسان در حرکت خودسالارانه او به سوی دیگری است. چنین حرکتی الزاماً پیامدش آینده‌ای بهتر در روگردانی از خودآزاری و دگرآزاری است. در دوره معاصر، تحریم یک جانبه آمریکا علیه برنامه هسته‌ای جمهوری اسلامی ایران، فقط در حیطه سیاست و قدرت نماند؛ بلکه دست‌کم نشریات و ناشران غربی، همساز با سیاست&shy;های محلی، با رد درخواست و عدم پذیرش مقالات ایرانیان، رویکردی غیرعادلانه پیش گرفته‌اند. در این مقاله با ارجاع به نقد خرد عملی ایمانوئل کانت(1724-1804) و خرد ارتباطی یورگن هابرماس(1929)، از ظرفیت خرد جهانشمول که در مواد حقوق بشر نوشته شده برای تصحیح مواجهه با دیگری بهره می‌بریم. استدلال&shy;های مبتنی بر خردورزی به مثابه آینه‌ای برای شفاف&shy;تر دیدن نقش افراد و گروه&shy;ها در مناسبات اجتماعی و سیاسی خواهد بود. به این ترتیب بر محور نوعی تحلیلی انتقادی، بنیادهای بحران‌زای برخورد غیرستیزانه ناشران غربی مؤکد می‌شود. افزون بر این، نتیجه مقاله فراتر از مصداق مورد بحث، مواجهات متعارض با ارزش‌های مشارکت محور و اخلاقی را پرسش&shy;انگیز نموده و نقاط معضل&shy;آفرین آنها را آشکار می‌کند</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">The humanity of man lies in his self-willed movement towards the other. Such a movement necessarily results in a better future in turning away from self-harm and otherness. In the contemporary era, the unilateral US sanctions against the nuclear program of the Islamic Republic of Iran did not remain only in the realm of politics and power, but at least Western publications and publishers, in line with local politics, have taken an unfair approach by rejecting requests and not accepting Iranian articles. In this article, by referring to the critique of practical reason by Immanuel Kant (1724-1804) and the communicative reason by J&uuml;rgen Habermas (1929), we will use the capacity of universal reason written in the articles of human rights to correct the encounter with the other. Arguments based on rationality will serve as a mirror to see more clearly the role of individuals and groups in social and political relations. In this way, based on a kind of critical analysis, the crisis-causing foundations of the non-confrontational approach of Western publishers are emphasized.
