fa فرهنگ سلامت اسلامی ـ ایرانی ومؤلفه‌های کلیدی آن عمومى General اصيل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف :</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> در دهه‌های اخیر توجه ویژه‌ای به پژوهش در حیطه فرهنگ سلامت شده است. با این وجود گستردگی موضوع و تنوع تعاریف باعث شد تا در این مقاله به تبیین مفهوم فرهنگ سلامت بارویکرد ایرانی- اسلامی، و معرفی مؤلفه های آن پرداخته شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> به روش ترکیبی، مرور منابع داخلی و بین‌المللی انجام شد. با بررسی مقالات مرتبط با فرهنگ سلامت، تعاریف مختلف و موضوعات استخراج شد. طی10جلسه بحث گروهی با حضور صاحبنظران(کمیته علمی)، نتیجه بررسی مقالات مورد بحث و نظرخواهی قرار گرفت. با تحلیل محتوای مذاکرات و دوبار رفت و برگشت؛ نتایج مورد تأیید و نهایی شد. <a name="_Hlk168920177">از اعضای کمیته علمی درخواست شد تا به موضوعات کلان امتیازی از 1تا10اختصاص دهند. </a>سپس موضوعات به ترتیب بیشترین امتیاز مشخص شدند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> تعریف جامع فرهنگ سلامت ایرانی- اسلامی تدوین شد و مؤلفه‌ها در 10 کلان موضوع و 67موضوع اختصاصی، دسته‌بندی شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">کلان موضوعات به ترتیب اولویت عبارتنداز: بایسته‌های فرهنگ سلامت در تعلیم و تربیت، ترویج فرهنگ سلامت، سبک زندگی سالم با الگوی اسلامی و ایرانی، اصول، مبانی و ارزش‌ها، سیاست‌گذاری راهبردی در فرهنگ سلامت، نظام سلامت و فرهنگ سلامت، الگوها و الگوسازی در سلامت، تجربه‌نگاری فرهنگی و فرهنگ‌سازی سلامت، ناهنجاری‌های فرهنگ سلامت، پژوهش‌های فرهنگی و فرهنگ‌سازی سلامت.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">داشتن تعریف مشخص از فرهنگ سلامت ایرانی- اسلامی به دستیابی به درک مشترک از موضوع کمک می‌نماید. همچنین،<b> </b>معرفی گستره موضوعی فرهنگ سلامت منجربه شناسایی اهمیت آن و گفتمان‌سازی در سطوح مختلف دانشگاهی و غیردانشگاهی می‌شود. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">Background: </span></span></b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">In recent decades, special attention has been paid to health culture research. However, the breadth of the subject and the variety of definitions made this article explain the concept of Iranian-Islamic health culture and introduce its components.</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:12.0pt"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">Methods: </span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">In mixed method review of national and international articles was done. By reviewing articles related to health culture, various definitions and topics were extracted. During 10 group discussion sessions with experts (scientific committee), the results of the review were discussed and opinions were shared. Upon analyzing the content of negotiations, going back and forth twice, the results were approved and finalized. The members of the scientific committee were tasked with rating the main topics on a scale from 1 to 10. Main topics were then sorted according to their highest scores.</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="background:white"><span dm="" sans="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">The main topics in order of priority are: &ldquo;health culture requirements in education and training&rdquo;, &ldquo;promotion of health culture&rdquo;, &ldquo;healthy lifestyle with Islamic and Iranian model&rdquo;, &ldquo;principles, foundations, and values&rdquo;, &ldquo;strategic policy making in health culture&rdquo;, &ldquo;health system and health culture&rdquo;, &ldquo;patterns and role models in health&rdquo;, &ldquo;empiricism in culture and health culture building&rdquo;,&rdquo; health culture anomalies&rdquo;, &ldquo;research in culture and health culture building&rdquo;.</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Results:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> A comprehensive definition of Iranian Islamic health culture was developed, and the components were classified into 10 main topics and 67 specific topics.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:12.0pt"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">Conclusion: </span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">A precise definition of Iranian-Islamic health culture is essential for establishing a shared understanding of the topic.
