fa بررسی روند رشد تولید داروهای زیستی در دهه گذشته براساس چشم‌انداز ۱۴۰۴ تخصصي Special اصيل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> محصولات زیست‌دارویی با اهمیت راهبردی و ارزش افزوده قابل‌توجه دولت‌ها و سرمایه‌گذاران جهانی شده‌اند. در مسیر علمی ایران، تحقق سه درصد از بازار جهانی تا سال ۱۴۰۴ هدف‌گذاری شده است که نیازمند استراتژی‌های هدفمند است</span></span>.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش‌:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">این تحقیق از یک رویکرد ترکیبی متشکل از اجزای کمی و کیفی استفاده می‌کند. به صورت کمی، آمارهای رسمی سالانه اداره غذا و دارو تجزیه‌وتحلیل شده تا روند رشد تولید داخلی داروهای زیستی و واردات ارزیابی شود. مرحله کیفی شامل مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاری با ۲۵ کارشناس صنعتی است</span></span>.<span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که پیشرفتی مداوم به سوی اهداف تعیین‌شده وجود دارد و 3/68 درصد رشد نسبت به بازار جهانی حاصل شده است که نمایانگر 5/0 درصد از هدف سه درصدی سال ۱۴۰۴ می‌باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> این نتیجه نشان می‌دهد چالش‌ها پابرجا هستند و تحقق این هدف تعیین‌شده را محدود می‌سازد. غلبه بر این موانع و اجرای راه‌حل‌های پیشنهادی برای شتاب‌بخشیدن به پیشرفت لازم است‌. این پژوهش پیش‌بینی می‌کند که ایران با غلبه بر این موانع و تضمین سه درصد از بازار جهانی زیست داروها را به خود اختصاص خواهد داد</span></span><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Background</span></b><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> Biopharmaceutical products, characterized by strategic importance and substantial added value, have garnered significant attention from global governments and investors. In Iran&#39;s scientific roadmap, the ambitious goal of attaining a three percent share in the global market by the year 2025 has been established, necessitating the formulation and implementation of targeted strategies.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Methods:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> This research employs a comprehensive mixed-methods approach, encompassing both quantitative and qualitative components. Quantitatively, official annual statistics from the Food and Drug Administration are analyzed to evaluate the growth trend of domestic biopharmaceutical production and imports. The qualitative phase involves in-depth semi-structured interviews with 25 industry experts.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Results:</span></b> <span style="font-size:10.0pt">Analysis reveals a gradual progression towards the targeted horizon, with a noteworthy 68.3% growth compared to the global market, representing 0.5% of the 3% target for the year 2025. </span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Conclusion:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> Despite this, challenges persist, impeding the realization of the established objective. Overcoming these obstacles and implementing the proposed solutions are imperative for expediting progress.
