fa نگاهی به چالش‌های پژوهش در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران عمومى General مروري Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> شناسایی چالش‌های موجود بر سر راه فعالیت‌های تحقیقاتی در کشور، نقش مهمی در ارتقاء کمی و کیفی پژوهش خواهد داشت. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> پایگاه‌های</span></span>Magiran, SID, Pubmed, Google scholar<span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> برای شناسایی مستندات مربوط به چالش‌های پژوهش در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. مطالعات مرتبط با بررسی متن کامل مقالات انتخاب و دیدگاه‌های ذی‌نفعان در خصوص چالش‌های پژوهش در حیطه‌های مختلف مالی، سازمانی، فردی، علمی، فرهنگی و فرآیندی و همچنین عوامل مؤثر بر چالش‌ها استخراج شد. پس از ارایه گزارش حاصل در کمیته خبرگانی شامل اعضای فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی کلان منطقه هشت در کرمان، نقطه نظرات آنها جمع آوری، جمع بندی و در کنار مستندات مطالعه در تحلیل نهایی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> نتایج 41 مطالعه مرور شده نشان داد که موانع سازمانی و مالی در راس چالش‌های پیش روی پژوهش در دانشگاه‌ها به‌ویژه دانشگاه‌های بزرگ و در همه ادوار گذشته تا حال، قرار داشت، حال آنکه موانع علمی و ماهیتی کمتر از سایر موانع گزارش شده بود. اعضای هیئت علمی و کارکنان پژوهشی بیشتر با موانع مالی روبرو بودند در حالیکه موانع سازمانی چالش‌های مهمتری برای دانشجویان به حساب می‌آمد. چالش‌های پژوهشی در دانشگاه‌ها با عوامل مختلفی به‌ویژه </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">رتبه علمی و مدرک و رشته تحصیلی ذی‌نفعان مرتبط بود. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> توجه ویژه مسئولان و سیاست‌گذاران کشور به چالش‌های ذکر شده در گذشته و نیز بررسی چالش‌های جدید و عوامل مؤثر بر آنها نقش مهمی در رفع موانع پژوهشی و ارتقای شاخص‌های تحقیقات خواهد داشت.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Background:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> Identifying the challenges of research activities in the academic atmosphere of the health systems, plays an important role in qualitative and quantitative promotion of research in this era. </span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Methods:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> Studies investigating the research barriers in the medical universities of Iran were identified via a comprehensive search in national and international databanks such as: Magiran, SID, Pubmed, Google scholar search engine and were selected after investigation of titles, abstracts and full texts. Required information including different research challenges from the viewpoint of financial, organizational, individual, scientific and cultural aspects together with different related factors were extracted from the selected studies. In addition, the results of the review were presented in the committee of the Academy of Medical Sciences in the 8^th Iranian academic study area and the opinions of the Committee members were collected by focus group discussion and used for final discussions. Research barriers in the medical universities were associated with different factors especially academic rank, academic degree, and field of education. </span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Results:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> Research barriers of the Iranian medical Universities and research centers were extracted from 41 eligible studies. According to the results, organizational and finantial challenges were on the top list of research barriers, while scientific and natural barriers were the least mentioned challenges.
