fa چالش‌ها و راهکارهای پیاده‌سازی دورپزشکی: جنبه‌های بالینی، اخلاقی، قانونی و امنیت داده تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin=""> دورپزشکی یا پزشکی از راه دور به‌طورکلی به ارائه خدمات پزشکی با استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات گفته می‌شود، که در آن ارائه‌دهنده و دریافت‌کننده خدمات سلامت به لحاظ جغرافیایی از یکدیگر فاصله دارند. در این مطالعه، جنبه‌های بالینی، اخلاقی، قانونی و همچنین امنیت و محرمانگی اطلاعات سلامت در دورپزشکی مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">روش:</span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin=""> مقاله حاضر یک مقاله مروری روایتی است که براساس تجربیات نویسندگان </span></span><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">و </span></span><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">مرور منابع &rlm;تهیه شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin=""> آموزش پزشکان در خصوص ایمنی بیمار در دورپزشکی، آماده‌سازی بیماران برای پذیرش این فناوری و ساخت تجهیزات &rlm;پزشکی مرتبط با معاینات بالینی از راه دور از موضوعات بسیار مهمی است که برای پیاده‌سازی موفق دورپزشکی باید مورد &rlm;توجه قرار گیرد. ایجاد زیرساخت‌های اطلاعات پزشکی از جمله زیرساخت‌های قانونی و اخذ مجوزها و الزامات لازم می‌تواند بستر مناسبی &rlm;برای امور قانونی و اخلاقی دورپزشکی ایجاد و نقش مهمی در پیاده‌سازی موفق و افزایش پذیرش آن ایفا کند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span new="" roman="" times="">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span new="" roman="" times=""> دورپزشکی با ایجاد امکان دسترسی بهتر به خدمات سلامت در مناطق دوردست و کاهش هزینه‌ها و مشکلات سفر بیماران، به عنوان یک راهکار مؤثر در توسعه خدمات سلامت و پزشکی مطرح شده است. تدوین قوانین و شیوه‌نامه‌های روشن برای ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات دورپزشکی، ایجاد سیستم‌های کنترل کیفیت، تشویق به استفاده از سامانه‌های هم‌کنش‌پذیر، توجه به اصول اخلاقی و قانونی، و تدوین و پیاده‌سازی دوره‌های آموزش و بازآموزی حرفه‌ای برای دست‌اندرکاران دورپزشکی باید در مدل‌های توسعه و پیاده‌سازی دورپزشکی و همچنین سیاست‌گذاری این راهکار مورد توجه قرار گیرد. </span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Background:</b> Telemedicine or remote medicine refers to provision of medical services using information and communication technology, where the provider and recipient of the health service are geographically far from each other. In this study, the clinical, ethical, legal, as well as security and confidentiality aspects of health information in telemedicine have been discussed.</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Methods: </b>The present article is a narrative review paper that has been prepared based on the authors&#39; experiences and a review of relevant literature.</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Results:</b> Physician training on patient safety in telemedicine, preparing patients to accept this kind of technology, and building medical equipment related to remote clinical examinations are very important issues that must be addressed for the successful implementation of telemedicine. Creating medical information infrastructure, including legal infrastructure and obtaining necessary licenses and obligations, can provide a suitable platform for legal and ethical issues in telemedicine and play a significant role in its successful implementation and increased acceptance.</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Conclusion:</b> Telemedicine is proposed as a potent solution for improving healthcare access in remote regions, reducing expenses, and addressing challenges related to patient travel.
