fa تغییرات غلظت ذرات معلق هوای شهر تهران و اثرات آن تخصصي Special اصيل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> مطالعه حاضر برای بررسی وضعیت ذرات معلق (</span></span>PM_2.5<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">) هوای شهر تهران طی سال‌های 1390 تا پایان 1401 طراحی شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> داده‌های ساعتی غلظت ذرات معلق (</span></span>PM_2.5<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">) هوای شهر تهران از تمامی ایستگاه‌های پایش کیفیت هوا متعلق به سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست و شرکت کنترل کیفیت هوا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. اثرات این آلاینده هوا بر سلامت شامل تعداد موارد مرگ منتسب توسط نرم‌افزارهای </span></span>BenMAP-CE<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> و آخرین ویراست </span></span>AirQ+<span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> برآورد شد. همچنین هزینه‌های اقتصادی مرتبط با سلامت با استفاده از رویکرد ارزش آماری زندگی محاسبه شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">وضعیت غلظت ذرات معلق (</span></span>PM_2.5<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">) هوای شهر تهران طی 12 سال مورد بررسی (از سال 1390 تا پایان 1401) همواره با استانداردها فاصله بسیار زیادی داشته است (تقریباً 5 الی 8 برابر مقادیر سالیانه رهنمود جدید سازمان جهانی بهداشت و 5/2 (دو و نیم) الی 5/3 (سه و نیم) برابر استاندارد ملی) و شهروندان تهرانی مواجهه بالایی با این عامل خطر سرطان‌زا داشته‌اند. تعداد موارد مرگ منتسب به </span></span>PM_2.5<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> هوای آزاد در شهر تهران در سال 1401 به حدود 9241 (9647-8583) مورد مرگ در افراد بالای 25 سال رسیده است. همچنین خسارات اقتصادی ناشی از موارد مرگ منتسب به </span></span>PM_2.5<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> هوای آزاد در شهر تهران در سال 1401 حدود 5/2 (دو و نیم) میلیارد دلار برآورد شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> با توجه به وضعیت نامطلوب کیفیت هوا در شهر تهران، برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای برنامه‌های علمی و عملی برای کاهش غلظت آلاینده‌های هوا در این شهر یک نیاز حیاتی محسوب می‌شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Background:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> The current study was designed to investigate PM_2.5status in Tehran from 2011 to 2022.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Methods: </span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Hourly data of particulate matter (PM_2.5) concentrations in the air of Tehran city were examined from all air quality monitoring stations belonging to the Department of Environmental and the Air Quality Control Company. The health effects of this air pollutant were estimated, including the number of attributed deaths, using BenMAP-CE and the latest version of AirQ+ software. Additionally, the economic costs associated with health impacts were calculated using the Value of Statistical Life approach.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Results:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> During the 12-year period under study (from 2011 to the end of 2022), PM_2.5 concentrations in Tehran city consistently exceeded the established standards by a significant margin. The annual values were approximately 5 to 8 times higher than the new guidelines of the World Health Organization and 2.5 to 3.5 times higher than the national standards. As a result, the citizens of Tehran have been exposed to a considerably high level of this cancer-causing risk factor. The number of deaths attributed to PM_2.5 in the year 2022 reached around 9,241 (in a range of 8,583 to 9,647) in individuals over 25 years of age.
