Therefore, the current research aims to answer the question, what are the dimensions, components and indicators of student upbringing of faculty members in universities? It was done and presented in the form of research findings.</span><br> <span style="line-height:12.0pt"><b>Methods: </b>The research has been compiled using metacomposite method. The research sample included 17 works of 17 Iranian religious thinkers that were related to the study and became the basis for extracting the findings.</span><br> <span style="line-height:12.0pt"><b>Results:</b> After reviewing and analyzing the works, 22 indicators were identified and classified under 8 dimensions in the form of 19 components.
