fa عوامل مؤثر بر طلاق طی 10 سال گذشته در ایران Effective Factors on Divorce in the Past 10 Years in Iran تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: &lrm;عدم&lrm; &lrm;توانایی زوجین در حل تعارضات، &lrm;افراد&lrm; &lrm;را&lrm; &lrm;به&lrm; &lrm;سمت&lrm; &lrm;طلاق&lrm; &lrm;سوق&lrm; &lrm;می &rlm;دهد. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر طلاق در ایران طی ده سال گذشته انجام شد. روش: در یک مرور سیستماتیک، تمام مقالات یک دهه گذشته در خصوص علل طلاق که در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتیPubMed، Scopus، web of science، google scholar، Magiran، ISC، SIDنمایه شده‌اند با استفاده از کلیدواژه &rlm;های معین مورد جستجو قرار گرفتند. از مجموع مقالات، با رعایت ملاک‌های ورود و خروج، در نهایت 27 مقاله استخراج شد که با دستورالعملPRISMAمورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج به دست آمده را می‌توان در چندین طبقه دسته‌بندی کرد. این طبقات شامل عوامل جمعیت‌شناختی، عوامل اقتصادی، عوامل فرهنگی- اجتماعی، عوامل شخصیتی، عوامل مربوط به ناسازگاری بین زوجین، عوامل خانوادگی و عوامل زیستی- روانی است. افزون بر آن 20 مورد از مهمترین عوامل طلاق طی 10 سال گذشته به ترتیب فراوانی عبارت بودند از: بیکاری مرد، عدم تفاهم اخلاقی، ناباروری، تفاوت‌های فرهنگی و اعتقادی، دخالت اطرافیان، بیماری‌های روانی، اعتیاد به مواد و الکل، مشکلات مالی و درآمد ناکافی، ازدواج تحمیلی و اجباری، عدم رضایت جنسی، خشونت خانگی، بی‌علاقگی به همسر، خیانت به همسر، ازدواج مجدد، بیماری‌های جسمی، انتظارات غیرواقع بینانه، بداخلاقی، بددهنی و فحاشی، مشکلات حقوقی و قضایی، عدم اعتماد به یکدیگر و فساد اخلاقی و خوش‌گذارانی‌های نامشروع. نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های این پژوهش سیاست&rlm;گذاران سلامت می‌توانند با توسعه برنامه‌ها، طلاق را به عنوان یک آسیب اجتماعی جدی کاهش دهند. <div style="text-align: left;"></div></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: The inability of couples to resolve conflicts and deal with them appropriately may lead people to divorce. This study was conducted with the aim of determining factors affecting divorce in Iran during the last 10 years. Method: In this study, a systematic review was done. All the articles in the last decade (2010 to 2020) about the causes of divorce in Iran in Persian and English and in the databases PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar and Megiran, ISC, SID were indexed using Persian and English keywords. From all the articles found, following the data entry and exit criteria, 27 articles were finally extracted and analyzed using the PRISMA guidelines. Results: The obtained results can be classified in several categories. These classes include demographic factors, economic factors, cultural-social factors, personality factors, factors related to incompatibility between couples, family factors and biological-psychological factors. In addition, 20 of the most important causes of divorce in the last 10 years were: male unemployment, lack of moral understanding, infertility, cultural and religious differences, involvement of family members, mental illnesses, drug and alcohol addiction, financial problems and insufficient income, from forced and forced marriage, sexual dissatisfaction, domestic violence, indifference to spouse, infidelity, remarriage, physical diseases, unrealistic expectations, immorality, foul language and obscenity, legal and judicial problems, lack of trust in each other, and moral corruption and illicit pleasures.
