fa وظایف اخلاقی افراد جامعه در نظام سلامت از منظر روایات تخصصي Special اصيل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> در اسلام به روابط اجتماعی میان انسان‌ها توصیه‌های فراوانی شده است. از مهمترین این روابط، برقراری ارتباط سازنده افراد جامعه با بیمار است؛ زیرا در زمینه‌سازی برای توان‌‌یابی و درمان بیمار مؤثر است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش‌</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">: این تحقیق با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با تحلیل مفهومی و اَسنادی صورت گرفت. گزاره‌هایی که بر وظایف اخلاقی افراد جامعه از منظر روایات دلالت دارند، جمع‌آوری، تدوین و تبیین شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> طبق روایات، وظایف اخلاقی افراد جامعه در سه حوزه به دست آمد: 1) کادر درمان؛ 2) پرستاران و مراقبان بیمار؛ 3) عیادت‌کنندگان. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> کادر درمان با رعایت وظایف اخلاقی خود موجب آرامش بیمار شده و زمینه تسریع در فرایند درمان را فراهم می‌کنند. پرستاران و مراقبان، باید نا آرامی‌های بیمار را با محبت تحمل کرده و در روند درمان او تلاش ‌کنند. عیادت‌کنندگان با عیادت خود برای بیمار، آرامش و امید را به ارمغان می‌آورند، همچنین با آگاهی از نیازهای بیمار در رفع آن‌ها تلاش می‌کنند. عیادت‌کنندگان به هنگام عیادت از بیمار موظف هستند آدابی را رعایت کنند که عبارتند از: رعایت زمان عیادت، همنشینی کوتاه‌مدت، مهربانی</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">با</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بیمار، دعا</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">برای</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بیمار، عیادت از کسی</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">که</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">به</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">عیادت</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نیامده، عیادت از بیماران مختلف، امساک</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نزد</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بیمار و آهسته حمد گفتن.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Background:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> In Islam, many recommendations have been given to social relations between people. One of the most important of these relationships is establishing a constructive relationship between the members of the community and the patient, which is effective in laying the groundwork for rehabilitation and treatment of patients.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Methods:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> A descriptive analytical method withconceptual and documentary analysis was used to conduct this study. Propositions that indicate the moral duties of people in the society from the point of view of traditions have been collected, compiled and explained.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Results:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> According to the traditions, the moral duties of people in the society were achieved in three areas: 1) medical staff, 2) nurses and patient caregivers, and 3) visitors.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Conclusion:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> By complying with their ethical duties, the medical staff calms the patient down and accelerates the treatment process. Nurses and caregivers should bear the patient&#39;s discomfort with love and try to treat him. Visiting staff bring peace and hope to the patient by visiting them, and try to meet the patient&#39;s needs by being aware of them.
