fa همبستگی بین سبک‌های تفکر با خلاقیت و خودکارآمدی پرستاران بیمارستان امیرالمؤمنین تخصصي Special اصيل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">امروزه، توانمند ساختن پرستاران به توانایی‌ها و مهارت‌هایی که زمینه خلاقیت و خودکارآمدی در آن نقش دارد، راهکاری است که می‌تواند منجر به گسترش و بوجودآمدن تفکر شود؛ از این جهت، این تحقیق با هدف ارتباط بین سبک‌های تفکر با خلاقیت و خودکارآمدی پرستاران شاغل در بخش درمانی بیمارستان امیرالمؤمنین انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها، در دسته تحقیقات میدانی قرار می‌گیرد</span></span><span b="" dir="LTR" nazanin="" style="font-family:">.</span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">جامعه آماری این تحقیق را تمامی پرستاران بیمارستان امیرالمؤمنین استان گیلان (شهر رشت) به تعداد 228 نفر تشکیل دادند. برای اندازه‌گیری متغیرهای تحقیق از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد سبک‌های تفکر </span></span>(TSI)<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">، خلاقیت و خودکارآمدی شرر استفاده شد.</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های آماری </span></span>K-S<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">، همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چند متغیره و آزمون سوبل با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span></span>SPSS²⁴<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> استفاده شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته ها: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتایج معادله رگرسیون نـشان می‌دهد سبک‌تفکر واجد شرایط پیش‌بینی خلاقیت و خودکارآمدی می&shy;باشد. نتایج آزمون سوبل نشان می‌دهد که متغیر سبک‌تفکر تأثیر میانجی معناداری بر رابطه بین خودکارآمدی با خلاقیت دارد. براساس یافته‌های پژوهش رابطه مثبت و معناداری بین سبک‌تفکر و خلاقیت و خودکارآمدی وجود دارد.</span></span><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">با توجه به وجود ارتباط معنادار بین سبک تفکر با خلاقیت و خودکارآمدی پرستاران، لازم است، مسئولان بالادستی سازمان‌های پزشکی نسبت به فراهم کردن زمینه‌های آموزش تمامی سبک‌های تفکر برای تمامی پرستاران در این سازمان اقدام کنند.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Background: </span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Nowadays, empowering nurses with the abilities and skills in which the field of creativity and self-efficacy plays a role, is a solution that can lead to the expansion and emergence of thinking.Accordingly, this research aims to connect thinking style with creativity and self-efficacy of nurses. The statistical population of this research was 228 nurses working inAmir Al-Momenin Hospital in Gilan province. Standard questionnaires of thinking styles (TSI), creativity and self-efficacy were used to measure the research variables. To analyze the data, K-S statistical tests, Pearson correlation, multivariate regression and Sobel test were used using SPSS software(version 24).</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Results:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt"> The results of the regression equation show that thinking style is qualified to predict creativity and thinking style is qualified to predict It is self-efficacy. The results of the Sobel test show that the thinking style variable has a significant mediating effect on the relationship between self-efficacy and creativity.
