fa روند پزشکی خانواده در ایران و کشورهای منتخب جهان تخصصي Special تطبيقي Comparative <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> پزشکی خانواده به عنوان رویکردی هزینه اثربخش در راستای گسترش عدالت سلامت در جوامع معرفی می‌شود. با گذشت بیش از نیم قرن از آغاز برنامه پزشک خانواده، نظام‌های سلامت کشورهای مختلف بتدریج این برنامه را باتوجه به نیاز جامعه، سیاست‌ها، منابع و زیرساخت‌های داخلی به صورت‌های گوناگون به اجرا گذاشته‌اند. هدف از این مقاله مرور تجربه پزشک خانواده در ایران و تعدادی ازکشورهای منتحب و تحولات آن و معرفی راهکارهای مناسب برای ادامه مسیر است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> این مطالعه به‌صورت توصیفی تطبیقی انجام شده است. اطلاعات با استفاده از کلید واژه‌های پزشک خانواده، پزشکی خانواده، نظام سلامت، ایران، امریکا، انگلستان، کانادا، ترکیه، مالزی، چین&nbsp;و معادل‌های انگلیسی آن در وبگاه‌های مقالات علمی استخراج شد. علاوه بر آن داده‌های سازمان بهداشت جهانی و نظام‌های سلامت کشورها هم مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. ابتدا عنوان مقالات و سپس چکیده‌ها مطالعه و مقالات مرتبط جدا شد. اطلاعات مورد نیاز با استفاده از متن مقالات و تارنما‌ها به دست آمد. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><b> </b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">سابقه و تحولات برنامه پزشک </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">خانواده، طول مدت آموزش درکشورهای آمریکا، انگلستان، کانادا، ترکیه، مالزی، چین و ایران تشریح شد.</span></span><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> باوجود تشابه در اصول شکل&shy;‌گیری پزشک خانواده در اکثر کشورها، در سیاست‌گذاری‌ها، راهبردها و روش&shy;‌های اجرا و نحوه تأمین هزینه‌ها تفاوت وجود دارد</span></span><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">. </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">تحولات صورت گرفته هم در جهت ارتقای سیستم ارجاع و تقویت جایگاه پزشک خانواده و با هدف تطبیق هرچه بیشتر برنامه با نیاز مردم و رفع مشکلات و چالش&shy;‌ها انجام شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Background:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> Family physician is introduced as a cost-effective approach to promote health equity. More than half a century after the beginning of the family physician program, health systems of different countries have gradually implemented this program in different ways according to the needs of society, policies, resources and internal infrastructure. The purpose of this article is to review the experience of family physician program in Iran and selected countries and to introduce appropriate strategies for the future.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Methods:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt"> This study is a descriptive comparative study. Information was extracted by querying keywords including family physician, family medicine, health system, Iran, USA, UK, Canada, Turkey, Malaysia, China and in scientific databases.
