fa طراحی نقشه راهبردی سلامت و تندرستی وزارت‌ آموزش و پرورش ایران تخصصي Special اصيل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">: بهره‌گیری از برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی به عنوان یک ضرورت در نهادهای‌ آموزشی از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. هدف از این تحقیق طراحی نقشه راهبردی سلامت و تندرستی وزارت‌آموزش و پرورش ایران<b> </b>بود. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">: روش تحقیق توصیفی پیمایشی و از نوع کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری شامل 14 نفر از مدیران و صاحب‌نظران دفتر سلامت و تندرستی وزارت‌ آموزش و پرورش بودند. ابزار تحقیق شامل مصاحبه و پرسشنامه برای احصای نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها، ماتریس‌های ارزیابی عوامل درونی </span></span>(IFE)<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">، ماتریس ارزیابی عوامل بیرونی </span></span>(EFE)<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> و</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">ماتریس تحلیل نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید </span></span>(SWOT)<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> برای تعیین موقعیت راهبردی و تدوین راهبردها، و ماتریس‌های مرتبط با الگوی ساختاری-</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">تفسیری (</span></span>ISM<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">) برای تهیه نقشه راهبردی حوزه سلامت و تندرستی بود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">: شورای راهبری پژوهش 11 راهبرد اصلی را تدوین کرد و نقشه راهبردی با بهره‌مندی از الگوی ساختاری تفسیری ترسیم شد. استانداردسازی تجهیزات بهداشتی مدارس، توانمندسازی منابع انسانی، توسعه نظام مراقبت سلامت جسمانی و روانی دانش‌آموزان از مهم‌ترین راهبردهای حوزه سلامت و تندرستی بودند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">: طراحی این نقشه تسهیل‌گر پیاده‌سازی راهبردها برای دستیابی به توسعه سواد سلامت و سبک زندگی سالم در دانش‌آموزان است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Background</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">: </span><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt">Utilizing strategic planning as a necessity in educational institutions is a necessity. </span><span style="font-size:10.0pt">The purpose of this study was to design a strategy map of health for the Ministry of Education of Iran. </span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Methods</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">: This research used an applied method of descriptive survey. The population consisted of 14 managers and experts in Ministry of Education. Research tools included questionnaires and interviews to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; Internal Factor Evaluation Matrices (IFE), External Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFE); Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats Analysis (SWOT) for strategic positioning and strategy formulation; and structural-interpretive model (ISM) matrices for designing the strategic plan in the field of health and wellness. </span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Results</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">: The research council presented eleven main strategies. The strategy map was drawn the using the ISM model.
