fa تحلیل وضعیت موجود و ترسیم وضعیت مطلوب نظام ارائه خدمات سلامت کشور براساس اصول و ارزش‌های اسلامی تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">چکیده</span><br> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span> <span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">تحلیل سند سیاست‌های کلی سلامت و ضابطه‌مندی در آن، سبب ایجاد زبان مشترک برای ذی‌نفعان، ایجاد شدن بستر مناسب برای سازوکار اجرایی مداخلات لازم برای ارتقای شاخص‌های سلامت می‌شود. این مطالعه با هدف ترسیم وضعیت مطلوب نظام ارائه خدمات سلامت کشور براساس اصول و ارزش‌های انسانی - ‌اسلامی، به تبیین و تحلیل سیاست اول از سیاست‌های 14 گانه سلامت با عنوان &laquo;ارائه خدمات آموزشی، پژوهشی، بهداشتی، درمانی و توانبخشی سلامت مبتنی بر اصول و ارزش‌های انسانی - ‌اسلامی و نهادینه‌سازی آن در جامعه&raquo; می‌پردازد.</span></span><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span><br> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در این پژوهش کیفی از ترکیبی از روش‌ها شامل مطالعه منابع و متون، اسناد ملی بالادستی و وبگاه‌های مجازی، تحلیل وضعیت موجود، جلسه بحث با صاحب‌نظران برای تحلیل سیاست اول سلامت، استفاده شد.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتایج: </span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اجرایی شدن سیاست اول در گروی تحقق سه شاخص اصلی ارتقای سطح سواد سلامت مردم؛ سطح سلامت معنوی جامعه؛ پاسخگویی نظام سلامت و اجرای مداخلات مرتبط با تمرکز بر اصول و ارزش‌های انسانی، و اتخاذ راهبردهای همکاری بین بخشی و مشارکت جامعه است. مخاطبین این سند عبارت از وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی به عنوان متولی امور سلامت کشور و معاونت‌های وابسته شامل معاونت‌های برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی و هماهنگی، توسعه و مدیریت منابع، اجتماعی، آموزشی، پژوهشی، بهداشت و درمان؛ شورای عالی اخلاق پزشکی؛ سازمان نظام پزشکی؛ معاونت حقوق بشر وزارت دادگستری؛ و سازمان صدا و سیما است.</span></span><br> <span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">دستیابی به شاخص‌های مورد اشاره در گروی تدوین برنامه عملیاتی برای اجرایی نمودن مداخلات مربوط به هر شاخص و رصدکلان شاخص‌ها توسط دستگاه‌ها و سازمان‌های مسئول با همکاری سایر بخش‌ها و نیز مشارکت سازمان‌های مردم‌ نهاد و جامعه است.</span></span></span> <strong>Background and Aim: </strong>Assessment and enforcement of the current healthcare status&nbsp; can help attain a&nbsp; common goal namely to benefit those in need and to provide an appropriate infrastructure for rendering optimal Healthcare Services and improving health indices.&nbsp; This study aimed&nbsp;to assess the provision for&nbsp; National Healthcare&nbsp; based on Islamic&nbsp;values as well as to address the first policy of the 14-section&nbsp;health policy plan by which healthcare, education, welfare, research, treatment and rehabilitation are rendered.
