fa فروپاشی یا اختلال اجتماعی Social Collapse or Social Disorder تخصصي Special ديدگاه Perspective <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: این مقاله، پژوهشی است در حوزه اختلال اجتماعی، و در صدد است به این پرسش پاسخ دهد که آیا به کارگرفتن مفهوم فروپاشی اجتماعی برای توصیف جامعه ایران که با انواع مختلفی از آسیبهای اجتماعی روبه‌روست، موضوعیت دارد و یا ضرورت دارد که از واژگان دیگری استفاده کنیم؟ این وضعیت را چگونه باید تبیین کرد؟ روش: این مطالعه پژوهشی نظری ـ تحلیلی است که دادههای مورد نیاز با استفاده از روش کتابخانهای به‌دست آمده است. یافته‌ها: بنا به نتایج این مقاله، صرف نظر از این که خود مفهوم فروپاشی اجتماعی اساساً مفهومی غیردقیق و غیرعلمی است، استفاده از این مفهوم برای جامعه ایران مطلوب نیست و اصطلاح دقیق توضیح دهنده وضعیت موجود، اختلال اجتماعی است که متأسفانه در همه حوزههای جامعه شاهد آن هستیم. این وضعیت نیز عموماً ناشی از نگرش بیش از حد ایدئولوژیک به فرهنگ و جامعه، سیاست‌های یکسانساز فرهنگی، دوگانگیهای نهادی، لیبرالیستی شدن حوزه اقتصاد و ناهمخوانی آن با منطق سایر حوزههای اجتماعی است. البته در بروز این وضعیت نباید از نقش عوامل بیرونی که خود را در چند دهه گذشته در قالب انواع تحریمها نشان داده است، غافل بود. نتیجه‌گیری: فائق آمدن بر اختلالهای اجتماعی و ایجاد تعادل در نظام اجتماعی نیازمند اقدامهایی در سطح کلان و حوزههای سیاست‌گذاری کلان است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: This article sought to assess social disorder and respond to questions such as: Is “social collapse” an appropriate term to describe the situation in Iranian society facing various social problems? If this concept is not appropriate, then what is the appropriate concept? How should this situation be explained? Methods: This theoretical-analytical study collected data using the library research method. Results: According to our results, the concept of social collapse is an inaccurate and unscientific one. Basically because this concept cannot fully explain the status of the Iranian society. The proper concept to describe this term is” social disorder”. Unfortunately, Iran is faced with a gamut of disorders all of which are manifested in the various subsystems of the society; these situations generally stem from an ideological view towards Iranians and social culture, homogenizing cultural policies, institutional conflicts, liberalization of economic spheres and their inconsistency when compared with the logic inherent to other social spheres. The role foreign (international) bodies play in the emergence of such situations should not be ignored: and it should suffice that past few decades were testament to this issue which manifested in imposing various forms of sanctions against Iran by foreign bodies .
