It led to the quantitative and qualitative improvement of manpower and the establishment of medical sciences universities and health services in all provinces of the country. The most important strategy for achieving health equity and access to health care services by all was integration and extension to all three levels of the country&#39;s health care network and efforts to fulfill other relevant provisions advocated by the Supreme Leader&#39;s general health policies for the future..
