fa مدلی آینده‌نگر برای شبکه‌سازی علمی ملی و بین‌المللی دانشکده‌های داروسازی کشور تخصصي Special اصيل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt"> جهان‌شمول بودن ماهیت علم، پیچیدگی و در هم‌تنیدگی روزافزون حاکم بر توسعه فناوری و نوآوری در علوم و فنون متفاوت باعث گسترش دامنه‌ همکاری‌های بین‌رشته‌ای، بین‌تخصصی، بین‌دانشگاهی و بین‌المللی شده است. شبکه‌سازی علوم دارویی در عرصه‌های ملی و بین‌المللی مستلزم نقش‌آفرینی در شبکه‌های علمی و فناورانه ملی و بین‌المللی است. این امر نیازمند چارچوبی برای بین‌المللی‌سازی دانش و تخصص داروسازی در کشور است. هدف اصلی این مقاله، پاسخ به این پرسش می‌باشد؛ &laquo;به منظور گسترش شبکه‌سازی‌های ملی و بین‌المللی داروسازی کدام الگو راهگشا است؟&raquo;</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.3pt"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">از روش<b> </b>مطالعات اسنادی به منظور بررسی اسناد مرتبط با توسعه علوم دارویی در ایران، روش تحلیل روند به‌منظور بررسی وضعیت روندهای آموزشی و پژوهشی توسعه علوم دارویی در ایران و نیز روش مصاحبه با خبرگان برای راستی‌آزمایی و اعتباربخشی به نتایج استفاده شده است. </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Zar""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> &nbsp;<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مجموعه‌ای از شاخص‌های عملیاتی دانشکده‌های داروسازی با توجه به تأثیر آنها بر ظرفیت و کارکرد هر دانشکده در فضای شبکه‌سازی پژوهشی در سه دسته آموزشی،پژوهشی و جایگاه در نظام رتبه بندی ملی و بین‌المللی احصا شد</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">و براساس آن تیپ بندی دانشکده‌های داروسازی انجام گرفت. به تناسب تیپ مشخص شده برای دانشکده‌ها ماموریت‌هایی پیشنهاد شده است.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> شبکه‌سازی علمی در حوزه علوم دارویی مستلزم آمایش سرزمین و احصای ظرفیت‌ها و توانمندی‌های هر دانشگاه است. براین اساس، ضمن احصای روندهای مرتبط با توسعه علوم دارویی از طریق گفتگو با خبرگان و ذی‌نفعان هر یک از دانشگاه‌های مطرح در علوم دارویی کشور، جایگاه دانشگاه در نظام آمایش سرزمینی علوم دارویی صورت‌بندی و برپایه آن توانایی‌های نقش‌آفرینی این دانشگاه‌ها در شبکه‌های ملی و بین‌المللی در قالب سه تیپ دانشگاه مشخص شدند.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Background:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> The universality of science, increasing complexity and interconnectedness of technology development and innovation in different science and technology fields have led to the expansion of interdisciplinary, inter-sectoral, interuniversity and international collaborations. National and international networking in pharmaceutical sciences requires role-playing in the collaborative networks. To achieve this goal, the globalization of pharmaceutical knowledge and expertise in the country is crucial. The purpose of this article is to answer this main question: what is the most effective way to develop national and international pharmaceutical networks? </span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Methods:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> The methods used in this article include documentary study, trend analysis of pharmaceutical sciences, and interview with the experts.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Results:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> This study revealed that scientific networking in the field of pharmaceutical sciences requires spatial planning and taking into account the capacities and capabilities of each university. Accordingly, the current trend of pharmaceutical sciences development complied via talking with the experts and stakeholders of each leading university. Subsequently, the pharmacy schools were classified into three types based on their capacity/capability and their roles in the determined national and international levels of networking.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Conclusion:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> Scientific networking in the field of pharmaceutical sciences requires spatial planning and take account of the capacities and capabilities of each university.
