fa مبانی و مفاهیم پیشرفت اجتماعی تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> توسعه به مثابه عرصه‌ای برای رقابت بین کشورها و رتبه‌بندی آنها و تکامل به معنی حرکت به سوی کمال است. از منظر بعضی دیدگاه‌ها، مهم‌ترین مبانی الگوی پیشرفت در دنیای مدرن در سه مؤلفه انسان‌محوری، دنیامحوری، و علم‌محوری خلاصه می‌شود. نگاهی اجمالی به تحولات مفهومی و مبانی توسعه و پیشرفت، شاید بتواند در شفاف‌تر شدن مسیری که جامعه ما می‌خواهد در آن گام بگذارد و نیز در فراهم آوردن تسهیلاتی برای ساختار تصمیم‌گیری کلان کشوری، کمک کند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> در این مقاله، با استفاده از مرور متون گسترده و منابع کتابخانه‌ای، به تحلیل مفاهیمی ازجمله تعاریف و نشانه‌های توسعه، الگوهای پیشرفت و توسعه و ارزش‌های حاکم بر الگوهای کلان توسعه و نیز پیامدهای بالقوه و بالفعل آنها پرداخته شده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> از توسعه به لحاظ نظری و عملی تعاریف متعددی ارائه می‌شود. گاهی آن را در کاهش شکاف یا تضاد در ابعاد مختلف زندگی اجتماعی، و زمانی در تبدیل قوه به فعل، و یا گسترش نظم و قاعده‌مندی و یا... تعریف می‌کنند. سه الگوی کلان توسعه عبارتند از الگوی توسعه سرمایه‌داری، الگوی توسعه سوسیالیستی و الگوی توسعه ایرانی اسلامی پیشرفت. الگوی توسعه پیشرفت سرمایه‌داری از زمان انقلاب صنعتی شکل می‌گیرد و پیامد آن، مصرف‌گرایی افراطی و ولخرجی متظاهرانه و آغاز سلطه بر طبیعت و انسان‌ها و تخریب محیط زیست است. الگوی توسعه سوسیالیستی، با انقلاب اکتبر 1917 شکل گرفت و استبداد اولین و مستقیم‌ترین پیامد حاکمیت این الگوی توسعه بود. الگوی توسعه ایرانی اسلامی پیشرفت، از دهه 1390 هجری خورشیدی مطرح شد و پیامدهای بالقوه منظور شده برای آن، &laquo;پیشرفت در عرصه‌های تفکر، علم، زندگی، و معنویت&raquo; است.</span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> سازوکارهای متعددی برای ارتقا بهروزی جوامع طراحی شده است؛ اما یکی از مهم‌ترین آنها دموکراتیزه کردن محیط کار و ایحاد فضایی است که ضرورت احساس با ارزش بودن و مشارکت داشتن در محیط کار را القا کند. اما مهم‌تر و گسترده‌تر از این، توجه جدی به نظام توزیع عادلانه موهبت‌های اقتصادی و اجتماعی است که علاوه بر افزایش سطح بهروزی انسان‌ها، به کاهش جدی آسیب‌های اجتماعی نیز کمک می‌کند. گفتنی است که مطابق برخی مطالعات عمیق و گسترده، روان‌شناسی تکاملی انسان نیز نشان از تمایل کم‌وبیش ذاتی انسان به برابری و تعادل دارد. </span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> </span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> Development is a tool for competition between countries and their ranking according to international criteria. Different perspectives exist in this area, which the most important models are: the Capitalist, Socialist, and Iranic-Islamic. An overview of the concepts and the foundations of development may help clarify the manner our society wants to obtain and provide needed facilities.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>A comprehensive literature review with regard to basic concepts, definitions, values and socio-economic consequences of development models was conducted. National and international books and articles were reviewed analytically.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> There are several theoretical and practical definitions for development. It sometimes refers to reducing gaps, transforming potentials to reality, or enforcing regularities and expanding appropriate structures. The first model of development, Capitalist, was formed during the industrial revolution, and resulted in conspicuous consumerism, domination, destruction and abuse of natural environment, colonialism and slavery. The second model, socialist, was structured in Revolution of October 1917. Despotism was the immediate and most direct consequence. The Iranic-islamic development model was designed in early 2011. Supposedly the main expected consequences for this model are &quot;improvement in the fields of thought, science, life, and spirituality.&quot;<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> There are several mechanisms designed for promoting the well-being of communities. One of the most important of them is democratization of the workplace and creation of an atmosphere in which everybody feels worthy, valuable and performs a participatory role in the workplace.
