fa هوش فرهنگی در کارکنان پرستاری: ‌ارتباط آن با تعامل اجتماعی تخصصي Special اصيل Original Article <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">پرستاران به عنوان خط مقدم مراقبت از بیمار باید توانایی برقراری ارتباط با بیماران از فرهنگ‌های مختلف را داشته باشند. مطالعه حاضر به منظور </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بررسی رابطه هوش فرهنگی با تعامل اجتماعی در پرستاران شاغل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی صورت گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> این پژوهش مطالعه‌ای توصیفی همبستگی است که تعداد 352 نفر از کادر پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهر کرمان در آن شرکت کردند. ابزار مورد استفاده شامل پرسشنامه هوش فرهنگی و تعامل اجتماعی بود، و اطلاعات پس از جمع‌آوری با استفاده از شاخص‌های مرکزی و پراکندگی ضریب همبستگی و آزمون‌های تی و واریانس یکطرفه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که میانگین نمره هوش فرهنگی کادر پرستاری </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">( 22/23 </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt">&plusmn;</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">)83/79</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">و در حد متوسط بوده است. میانگین نمره تعامل اجتماعی آنان (71/6 </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt">&plusmn;</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">)79/18 و در سطح پایینی بوده است. همچنین بین میانگین نمره هوش فرهنگی و تعامل اجتماعی کادر پرستاری رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود داشته است. (001/0</span></span>P <<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">). بنابراین پرستارانی که هوش فرهنگی بیشتری داشتند نمره تعامل اجتماعی نیز در آن‌ها بالاتر بود. همچنین در نتایج این پژوهش مشخص شد که نمره کلی هوش فرهنگی و تعامل اجتماعی در مردان بالاتر از زنان بود.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> با توجه به نتایج حاصل از پژوهش برنامه‌ریزی و انجام مداخلات حین خدمت و توجه بیشتر در طول تحصیل برای افزایش هوش فرهنگی و تعامل اجتماعی دانشجویان ضروری به نظر می‌رسد، که می‌تواند بر ارتباط بین بیمار و پرستار تأثیرگذار بوده و در نتیجه مراقبت با کیفیت بالاتری ارائه شود.</span></span> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Background:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> <span style="color:black">Nurses are the front line of patient care and must be able to communicate with patients of different cultures. This study assessed the relationship between nurse&rsquo;s cultural intelligence and social interaction.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:446.45pt"><span style="line-height:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">Methods:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black"> This study was a descriptive correlation study wherein 352 nurses working in hospitals of Kerman University of Medical Sciences participated. The instruments used included demographic, cultural intelligence and the fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation- Behavior. The collected data were entered into SPSS software, version 22, and descriptive statistics, correlation, independent t-test, ANOVA and Scheffe post hoc tests were used for analysis.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:446.45pt"><span style="line-height:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">Results:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black"> The results showed that the mean score of cultural intelligence in nurses was 79.83 and mediocre. Mean score of social interaction was 18.79 and low. Also, between the mean score of cultural intelligence and social interaction in nurses a positive and significant correlation existed (P</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black"><0.001).
