fa انستیتوپاستور ایران در قرن دوم فعالیت، نگاهی به تاریخچه پیدایش یک مؤسسه مهم تمدنی بهداشتی- درمانی کشور تخصصي Special اصيل Original Article <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">: سال 1399 یکصدمین سالگرد راه‌اندازی انستیتو پاستور ایران بوده است و به این بهانه کوشیده‌ایم نشان دهیم این مؤسسه مهم بهداشتی- درمانی کشور به مثابه یک مؤسسه تمدنی بهداشتی- درمانی کشور اکنون تبدیل به یک سنت علمی در کشور شده و در پرتوی این سنت می‌تواند، و باید اقداماتی مؤثرتر در زمینه بهداشت و درمان کشور از خود نشان دهد.</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> این مقاله یک پژوهش تاریخ‌محور است که می‌کوشد در قالب داده‌های کتابخانه‌ای به بسط یک نظریه با عنوان &laquo;مؤسسات تمدنی بهداشت و درمان کشور&raquo; بپردازد. این مقاله نخستین خروجی درباره این نظریه است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">براساس ساختارشناسی انستیتو پاستور تهران، می‌توان به این نتیجه رسید که براساس یک رویکرد تدریجی اما جامعه نگر، این مؤسسه درطول زمان و در پاسخ به نیازهای اجتماعی دچار تغییر ساختار شده است. این موضوعی است که به عنوان یک الگوی تاریخی لازم است بیش از پیش بدان پرداخته شود.توجه به نیازهای اجتماعی اما در عین حال توجه به آینده و تمرکز بیشتر بر روی موضوع آینده پژوهشی در عرصه بهداشت و درمان کشور،به عنوان یک الگوی اولیه برای ساختار بعضی مؤسسات تمدنی بهداشت و درمان کشور ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:.3pt">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:.3pt">انستیتو پاستور تهران در پی کشتار آنفلوانزای 1918 در ایران و در پی یک درخواست اجتماعی پایه‌گذاری شد. بررسی‌ها نشان‌ می‌دهد بسیاری دیگر از مؤسسات تمدنی کشور نیز در پرتوی گونه‌ای از همین درخواست‌های اجتماعی پدید آمده‌اند. اکنون این مؤسسه وارد دومین قرن فعالیت خود شده و با تکیه بر این سنت علمی از آن توقع می‌رود با نگاه به آینده بتواند نقش مهمی در پژوهش‌های عرصه سلامت کشور داشته باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Background:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> The year 2020 was the 100th anniversary of the Pasteur Institute of Iran, and under this pretext, we sought to show the importance of this&nbsp; institute.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Methods:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> This article is a history-based research that sought&nbsp; to develop a theory in the form of library data.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Results:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> There are now sufficient&nbsp; data and articles of the Pasteur Institute in the light of which one can take an in-depth look at this institute. It can be shown how this important national institution has changed its structure based on the health situation of the country.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Conclusion</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">: The Pasteur Institute of Tehran was established following the 1918 flu massacre in Iran and increasing the social demand. Studies show that many other institutions in the country have emerged in the light of some similaar social demands.
