fa رویکردی انتقادی به گفتمان «سلامت» در رسانه: براساس نظریه‌های انتقادی ‌ـ اجتماعی هابرماس تخصصي Special اصيل Original Article <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> در دو دهه اخیر مفهوم &laquo;سلامت&raquo; از دامنه شمول کاربردی چنان گسترده‌ای برخوردار شده است که دیگر نمی‌توان فقط با اتکا به نظریه‌های سنتی و قراردادی و کلاسیک به تعریف یا تبیین آن پرداخت. اکنون سلامت به‌عنوان </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یکی از بخش‌های مورد توجه در حوزه‌‌های میان‌رشته‌ای قرار دارد. یکی از این حوزه‌ها، رسانه و سلامت است، زیرا رسانه می‌تواند بر روی هوشمندسازی مخاطب و تلاش در تغییر رفتار شهروندان در حوزه سلامت مؤثر باشد. این مقاله سعی دارد به کیفیت توفیق این مسئله [رسانه و سلامت] با رویکرد انتقادی‌ـ اجتماعی و قرائت هابرماسی بپردازد. از نظریه کنش ارتباطی و تقابل دوگانه جهان‌زیست و نظامِ هابرماس استفاده شده است تا به اصلی‌ترین سؤال مقاله پاسخ داده شود: &laquo;آیا رسانه در اهمیت مقوله سلامت برای شهروندان مفید بوده است؟&raquo;</span></span><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"></span></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">ابتدا مفاهیم کلیدی رویکرد نظری هابرماس توضیح داده می شود؛ سپس، با استفاده از مفاهیم و عقاید هابرماس، موضوعات و مسائل مربوط به سلامت که از نظر تجربی مسائل قابل تحقیق هستند و تأثیر قدرتمندی دارند، بررسی و پاسخ سؤالاتِ تحقیق مشخص می‌شود.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">پژوهش‌هایی که در حوزه سلامت انجام شده است بیانگر نقش و اهمیت ویژه این حوزه در استمرار حیات فردی و اجتماعی نسل بشر می‌باشد. این پژوهش‌ها از یک‌سو گرایش بسیار گسترده به سمت همکاری و ادغام با علوم رفتاری و زیست پزشکی برقرار کرده و از سویی دیگر نزدیکی و تقارنی با علوم اجتماعی انتقادی، نظریه اجتماعی و نقد فرهنگی نشان می‌دهد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">براساس قرائت هابرماس این نتیجه حاصل شده است که از مهم‌ترین دلایل بی‌توجهی شهروندان به مقوله سلامت و ناموفق بودن عملکرد رسانه‌ها در این زمینه، </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">فقدان توازن میان عقلانی‌شدن نظام و عقلانی‌شدن جهان‌زیست و </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">استفاده از کنش راهبردی به‌جای کنش ارتباطی است</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">. همچنین این فقدان منجر به تخصص‌زدایی، به مخاطره افتادن اعتماد در تعامل پزشک‌ـ بیمار و پدیده‌های کلانی چون مشتری‌گرایی و مصرف‌گرایی شده است.</span></span> <strong>Background: </strong>In the last two decades, the concept of health has gained such a wide range of applications that it can no longer be defined or explained solely on the basis of traditional, conventional or classical theories.Health is now one of the areas of interest in the interdisciplinary field.One of these areas is media and health, because the media can be effective in making the audience smarter and trying to change the behavior of citizens in the field of health.This article tries to address the quality of the success of this issue [media and health] with a critical-social approach and Habermas theory.The theory of communication and dual interaction between the universe and the Habermas system has been used to answer the main question of the article namely: &quot;Has the media been useful in the improvement of health of citizens?&quot;<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>First, the key concepts of Habermas&#39; theoretical approach were explained; Then, using Habermas concepts and ideas, health issues&nbsp; that are empirically researchable and have a strong impact are identified, and&nbsp; research questions are answered.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results: </strong>In fact, research in the field of health indicates the special role and importance of this field in the continuation of individual and social life of the human race. On the one hand, these researches have established a very wide tendency towards cooperation and integration with behavioral sciences and biomedicine, and on the other hand, they show closeness and symmetry with critical social sciences, social theory and cultural criticism.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>According to Habermas, one of the most important reasons for citizens&#39; disregard of health and the failure of the media in this regard is the lack of balance between rationalization of the system and rationalization of the world and the use of strategic action instead of communication.
