fa آینده‌نگری و تبیین روندها، شواهد و ملاحظات ملی در خط‌مشی‌گذاری نهاد خانواده در ایران تخصصي Special اصيل Original Article <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> محققان، سیاست پژوهان و سیاست‌گذاران اجتماعی همواره به خانواده به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین محورهای سیاستی ملی توجه ویژه‌ای داشته‌اند. در این پژوهش هدف اصلی بررسی کلان روندهای تحولات عرصه خانواده و آینده‌نگری و تبیین روندها، شواهد و ملاحظات ملی در خط‌مشی‌گذاری نهاد خانواده در ایران می&shy;باشد.</span></span><span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> داده‌های مورد استفاده در این پژوهش مبتنی بر مطالعات اسنادی استخراج شده و از رویکرد آینده‌نگری مبتنی بر روندپژوهی در تبیین مسایل و چالش</span></span><span dir="LTR">&shy;</span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">ها بهره&shy;گیری شده است. در این پژوهش تحولات نهاد خانواده در سطوح مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و با شناسایی کلان روندهای آینده‌پژوهانه و تحلیل راهبردی وضعیت موجود، راهکارهایی برای خط مشی&shy;گذاران در این عرصه پیشنهاد گردیده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">از جمله مهم&shy;ترین روندهای مربوط به آینده تحولات خانواده در ایران می&shy;توان به مواردی همچون تضعیف مسایل اخلاقی و معنوی و سست شدن روابط عاطفی در خانواده، کوچک شدن خانواده به همراه زندگی در خانه&shy;های کوچک، افزایش مصرف‌گرایی، فردگرایی، افزایش تقاضای زنان برای اشتغال و تحصیل و مشارکت اجتماعی، تغییر هرم قدرت در خانواده، افزایش مهاجرت و شهرنشینی، گسترش شبکه&shy;های اجتماعی و ارتباطات ، تغییر شکل ساختار خانواده و ... اشاره کرد.</span></span><span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه&shy;گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">به عنوان نتیجه می‌توان گفت که کشور نیازمند آسیب‌شناسی کلان روندهای متأثر از گفتمان مدرنیته در عرصه خانواده بوده و ضرورت دارد که در جهت حرکت به سمت ارزش&shy;ها و باورهای مبتنی بر گفتمان اسلامی ایرانی خانواده در جهت تشکیل، تحکیم و تعالی</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">برای این نهاد الهی گام&shy;های مؤثری برداشته شود.</span></span> <strong>Background:</strong> researchers, policy researchers, and social policy makers have always paid special attention to family institution as one of the most important axes of national policy. The main aim of the present study is to investigate the macrotrends in the field of family developments and trends foresight and explanation, evidence and national considerations in the policy making of the family institution in Iran.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The data used in this research were extracted based on the documentary studies and statistical reports. Moreover, a foresight approach based on the trend impact analysis was used to explain problems and challenges.
