fa جوان‌گرایی محور بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب جمهوری اسلامی ‌ایران تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> یکی از محورهای اصلی بیانیه گام دوم جوان‌گرایی است. مستند حاضر به بررسی ابعاد مختلف جوان‌گرایی و راهکارهای اجرایی‌سازی آن می‌پردازد. </span></span><span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> جلسه گروهی با حضور مدیران جوان دانشگاهی تشکیل و نظرات ثبت شد، علاوه بر آن نظر چند تن از خبرگان حوزه علوم پزشکی و اعضای فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی در قالب ارسال و دریافت مکتوب گردآوری شد. سپس همه نظرات مورد تحلیل و جمع‌بندی قرار گرفت.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> تعریف جوان، الزامات جوان‌گرایی و موانع اجرایی‌سازی آن بیان وسپس هفت راهکار برای تحقق جوان‌گرایی ذکر شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> جوان‌گرایی ضامن تحقق چشم‌انداز متعالی بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی‌است. تحقق راهبرد جوان‌گرایی بیش از هر اقدام دیگری نیازمند عزم و تعهد جمعی از سوی دولت‌مردان است و با برنامه&shy;های عملیاتی در طول زمان محقق شود. به نظر می&shy;رسد اولین و مهم‌ترین نهادی که می&shy;تواند پذیرای راهبرد جوان‌گرایی باشد،‌ مراکز دانشگاهی و تحقیقاتی هستند.</span></span></span> <strong>Background:</strong> The present documentary examines the various dimensions of <a name="_Hlk65250733">youthism</a> and its implementation strategies.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> A group meeting was held with the presence of young university administrators and their opinions were recorded. In addition, the opinions of several experts in the field of medical sciences and members of the Academy of Medical Sciences were collected via sending and receiving letters. Then all comments were analyzed and summarized.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The definition and some of the requirements of youthism and the obstacles precluding its implementation were stated then seven strategies were proposed.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Youthism guarantees the realization of the transcendent vision of the declaration of the Islamic Revolution. The realization of the strategy requires collective determination and commitment on the part of the government more than any other action and it must be achieved through action plans over time.
