fa مروری بر سیاست‌های کشورهای منتخب در کنترل همه‌گیری کووید-19 تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> با شیوع کووید-19در سطح جهانی و افزایش شمار مبتلایان و فوتی‌های ناشی از آن، رویکردکشورها با این بحران یکسان نبود. برخی از کشورها موفق‌تر عمل کردند و به دور از اقدامات شتابزده، با اعمال سیاست‌های مبتنی بر شواهد و تجربیات گذشته توانستند از آسیب‌های این همه‌گیری بکاهند. در مقابل عملکرد بعضی از کشور‌ها هم مناسب نبوده و منجر به گسترش بیماری و مرگ‌ومیر فزاینده گروه‌های مختلف جمعیتی شد. لذا با توجه به ماندگاری همه‌گیری کووید-19 و تأثیرات عمیق و وسیع بیماری در تمامی کشور‌ها مرور و استخراج تجارب بین‌المللی و ملی به منظور بازبینی و اصلاح برنامه‌ها مفید خواهد بود. در این مقاله با مرورسیاست‌های کشورهای موفق منتخب، به شرح سیاست‌های ایران در مهار گسترش همه‌گیری کووید-19 می‌پردازیم.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> با مرور هدفمند منابع معتبر سیاست‌های اعمال شده و وضعیت کووید-19 از ابتدای شیوع تاکنون در کشورهای چین،کره جنوبی، ژاپن، آلمان و استرالیا و ایران مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"> آمار ابتلا و مرگ ناشی از کووید-19، جمعیت و تراکم جمعیت کشورهای منتخب، میزان حمله و کشندگی تا 18نوامبر2020 بیان شد. سپس مقایسه شاخص سخت‌گیرانه حاصل از سیاست‌های اتخاذشده کشور‌ها انجام گرفت. و در مرحله آخر اقدامات کشورها از ابتدای شیوع کووید-19 تاکنون با جزییات بیش‌تر شرح داده شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> موفقیت یا عدم موفقیت در کنترل بیماری بستگی به سرعت عمل، جدیت، نحوه تدوین سیاست‌ها و اقدامات براساس شواهد علمی متقن بومی و بین‌المللی، پایش مداوم، اطلاع‌رسانی به موقع و جلب حمایت جامعه در همراهی با سیاست‌ها، استفاده از حداکثر امکانات موجود وتغییر به موقع سیاست با توجه به نتایج پایش‌ها دارد</span></span> .<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بررسی تجارب بین‌المللی و استخراج درس‌آموخته‌ها و اصلاح برنامه‌ها براساس تجارب ملی و بین‌المللی ضمن ارتقا تاب‌آوری، زمینه ارتقا آمادگی ملی و بین‌المللی را فراهم می‌کند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Background</span></span></b><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> During the global <a name="_Hlk60902082">Covid-19 </a><a name="_Hlk60904126">outbreak</a> and its mortalities, not all countries have responded the same way, some countries have been more successful and, far from rushing through proper measures, have been able to mitigate the effects of the epidemic by implementing evidence-based policies and using the past experience, On the other hand the performance of some countries was inadequate and led to the spread of disease and increasing mortality among various population groups. Therefore, considering the persistence of the Covid-19 outbreak and the vast impact of the disease in different countries, it will be useful to review and extract international and national experiences in order to improve plans. In this article, we review the policies of selected successful countries and describe the policies of Iran in trackling the spread of the Covid -19 outbreak.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Methods:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> Health policies and the status <a name="_Hlk60906375">of Covid -19 </a>in China, South Korea, Japan, Germany, Australia and Iran extracted by reviewing the credible databases <a name="_Hlk60905579">since its inception</a>.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Results:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> The number of confirmed cases, recovered, and death due to the COVID-19, case fatality rate, population and population density of selected countries, were reported up to 18 November 2020 were reviewed. Then, a comparison of the strict indicators obtained from the policies adopted by the countries was performed. At the last stage, the countries &#39; response to Covid 19 outbreak was described in more detail since its inception up till now.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Conclusion:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> The success or failure of disease control depends on the speed of response, decisiveness, how to formulate policies and plans based on national and international scientific evidence, continuous monitoring, timely information and ensuring community support in line with policies, adequate resources and timely modification of policies according to the surveillance data.
