fa ارتقای نظام انتخاب استاد در آموزش عالی سلامت جستاری در شایستگی‌های استادان آموزش عالی سلامت تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:.3pt">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:.3pt"> به استناد سیاست‌های کلی سلامت، ارتقای نظام انتخاب استاد در آموزش عالی سلامت، متناسب با ارزش‌های اسلامی، اخلاق پزشکی و آداب حرفه‌ای، و نیازهای سلامت جامعه، ضروری و سرنوشت‌ساز است. هدف این مطالعه‌شناسایی، ترویج و نهادینه‌سازی مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر در نظام آموزش عالی سلامت است. تحلیل و رهیافت سیاست‌ها و راهبردهای پیشرفت و تعالی در حوزه نظام انتخاب استادان، محور اختصاصی این مطالعه است. در شرایط جاری فرآیند جذب هیئت علمی در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی، که منبعث از دستورالعمل کشوری است، نیاز به ارتقا دارد. این مطالعه ناظر بر انتخاب جذب اصلح و شایسته‌ترین‌ها براساس معیارهای اسلامی، فرهنگی و اخلاق پزشکی (اعضای صالح متعهد و متخصص)، برای منصب حیاتی و سرنوشت‌ساز هیئت علمی در نظام آموزش عالی سلامت است. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> این مطالعه توصیفی و تحلیلی است و با بررسی اسناد بالا دستی، خاصه سیاست‌های کلی سلامت، بحث متمرکز گروهی و تلفیق نتایج با منتخبی از منابع کتابخانه‌ای تدوین شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:.3pt">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:.3pt"> صلاحیت‌های استادان در سه گروه کلان و 14 زیرگروه‌شناسایی شد. شایستگی‌های ضروری کلان، شامل &quot;تعهد&quot;، &quot;تخصص&quot; و &quot;مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی&quot; است، که در مراحل جذب و به‌کارگیری استاد، در آموزش عالی سلامت باید احراز شود. زیرگروه ‌های 14 گانه ارائه شده عبارتند از شایستگی‌های: عمومی ‌(فردی، خانوادگی، روان‌شناختی، اخلاقی، معنوی)؛ ارزشی (اسلامی ‌و انسانی)، علمی ‌(آموزشی خاصه آموزش جامعه‌نگر و آموزش مردم و بیماران - پژوهشی و فناوری)؛ حرفه‌ای (تلاش برای ارتقای سلامت جامعه و پیشگیری از بیماری‌ها ـ خدمات ـ عملکردی ـ مهارت‌آموزی)؛ اجتماعی (آشنایی و تجربه در زمینه تعیین‌کننده‌های اجتماعی سلامت، سلامت اجتماعی، آموزش عمومی‌ سلامت، رفتار اجتماعی مناسب)، ارتباطی؛ مدیریتی و رهبری؛ رفتاری؛ مشاوره‌ای (به همتایان ـ مدیران ـ دانشجویان ـ سیاست‌گذاران و برنامه‌ریزان و جامعه)؛ فراملی و بین‌المللی؛ خلاقیت و نوآوری؛ الهام‌بخشی و الگو بودن؛ انگیزشی و خود تنظیمی؛ و قابلیت‌های استثنایی و نخبگانی (3-2). </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> در نظام آموزش عالی، استاد باید محور تجلی و درخشش ارزش‌ها، هدایت تحولات و عامل سرنوشت‌ساز برای تحقق اهداف و آرمان‌های تعلیم و تربیت باشد. </span></span> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Background:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> According to General health policies, promotion of teachers to higher degrees or rankings in health educationin Iran must also be in accordance with Islamic values, medical ethics and professional etiquette. The purpose of this study was to identify, promote and institutionalize the effective components of the higher health education system. The focus of this study was analysis of policies and strategies for promotionof teachers.Although the recruitment&nbsp; of faculty and selection process are based on national guidelines&nbsp; itneeds to be improved. This study examines the selection of the most deserving based on Islamic, cultural and medical ethics criteria and competent membersfor promotion of the faculty to higher health educational ranks .</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Methods:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> This&nbsp; descriptive and analytical study used upstream documents, especially general health policies, focus group discussion and combining of the results with a selection of library references.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Results:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> The competencies of the professors were identified in three major groups and 14 subgroups.
