fa خودشناسی در ساحت سلامت معنوی اسلامی عمومى General اصيل Original Article بررسی رابطه خودشناسی و سلامت معنوی اسلامی از اهم مسائل معنوی و بهداشت روانی است. مطالعات خودشناسی و سلامت معنوی از دو متدولوژی متفاوت بهره می گیرد. شواهد نشان می دهد با توجه به عدم اقبال فرهنگ غرب نسبت به انجام مطالعات خودشناسی به خصوص با دیدگاه اعتقادی و مذهبی، مطالعات انجام گرفته در این زمینه نادر است و مطالعه ای که نشان دهنده رابطه خودشناسی و سلامت معنوی باشد یافت نشد. تنها شواهد پراکنده حاکی است، کسانی که به دنبال خودشناسی باشند از سلامت معنوی، شکوفایی معنوی و شخصیت توحیدی برخوردارند. به نظر می رسد مطالعه حاضر جزء اولین مطالعاتی است که در این زمینه انجام گرفته است. این مطالعه با روش مروری انجام شده تلاش شده است ضمن ارائه تابلوی نسبتا مناسبی از خودشناسی و سلامت معنوی اسلامی، تبیین مناسبی از رابطه بین این دو فرایند ارائه شود. نتیجه این مطالعه نشان می دهد که سلامت معنوی و خودشناسی ملازم یکدیگر بوده و در صورتی که فرد به خودشناسی برسد از سلامت معنوی و شکوفایی معنوی نیز برخوردار خواهد شد. Background and objective:<br> Although self-recognition and spiritual health are different fields with different study methodology, the study ofthe interaction between self-recognition and Islamic spiritual health is considered one of the most important fields ofboth&nbsp; piritual and psychological health in Islam. A thorough research into the existing body of literature demonstrates that (possibly due to the reluctance of the West to study in the field of self-recognition) little is documentedin this regard. However the sparse available&nbsp; vidence clearly demonstrates that those who pursue self-recognition enjoy better spiritual health, acquire a wide range of spiritual accomplishments, and&nbsp; evelop a divine character. To our knowledge, the current study is one of the first studies designed and carried out with the main objective of illustration of the relationship between self-recognition and spiritual health.
