fa دانشکده بهداشت: جهت‌گیری‌های آینده برای آموزش تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> نیازهای جامعه در حوزه سلامت عمومی‌ به سرعت تغییر می‌کند. دانشکده‌های بهداشت باید دانشجویان خود را برای دنیای همواره در حال تغییر آماده کنند. اما همچنان ارزش و مسئولیت اصلی بهداشت عمومی، تعهد نسبت به سلامت مردم است. این مقاله با مروری بر چالش‌های روز و وظایف دانشکده‌های بهداشت به ژرف‌اندیشی در حوزه‌های ضروری برای تدریس در دانشکده بهداشت می‌پردازد.</span></span><span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> در این مطالعه از انواع مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی استفاده شده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">چند اصل مهم فرایند بازنگری برنامه‌های درسی رشته‌های بهداشت عبارتند از: تغییر در روش‌های قدیمی ‌برگزاری کلاس، توسعه شایستگی‌ها و مهارت‌های در عرصه، ایحاد فرصت اجرای پروژهای مشترک و بین رشته‌ای و تداوم آموزش. موضوعات ضروری برای آموزش در دانشکده بهداشت به شرح زیر است: حل مسئله، چگونگی کارکرد نظام سلامت، توسعه مهارت‌های رهبری، مدیریت و کار گروهی، سلامت جهانی، سیاست‌گذاری، علم توسعه، روش‌های تحلیل داده، تکنولوژی و اطلاعات، اقتصاد سلامت، ارتباطات، پژوهش‌های مشارکتی مبتنی بر جامعه، و اخلاق. با نگاهی به چشم‌انداز آینده، پیشرفت و دگرگونی در آموزش در دانشکده بهداشت می‌تواند فرصت بی همتایی برای دانشجویان فراهم کند تا بتوانند از عهده چالش‌های سلامت در جمعیت عمومی‌ در طول دهه‌های بعد برآیند.</span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> دانشکده بهداشت برای پاسخگویی به علوم جدید و نیازهای متفاوت و فرصت‌های رشد، نیاز به حرکت در مسیر تکاملی دارد. برای بهبود وضعیت سلامت در جامعه، لازم است از طریق آموزش‌های نظری و عملی به روز و اجرای پژوهش‌های اصیل، متخصصان با کیفیت در حوزه بهداشت تربیت کنیم.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Background: </span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">The needs of society in the field of public health are rapidly changing. Schools of public health should prepare their students for the ever-changing world. However, the main value and responsibility of the schools is the commitment to public health. This article reviews the challenges and tasks of the schools of public health, and discusses the necessary areas for teaching in schools.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Methods:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> In this study, we reviewed a variety of literature on the issue.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Results: </span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Some important points to be considered in reviewing public health curriculums include: changing traditional methods of teaching, developing education skills and competencies, creating opportunities for interdisciplinary research projects, and continuity of education. Necessary topics for education in the schools of public health are as follows: Problem solving, health system functions, leadership, management and teamwork skills, global health policy, development, data analysis methods, technology and information processing, health economics, communication, community-based participatory research, and ethics. Looking at the future prospects, advances and changes in education at the school of public health can provide students with a unique opportunity to address health challenges in the general population over the next few decades.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Conclusion: </span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">School of public health needs to move in an evolutionary direction to meet the new and upcoming sciences and the different needs and opportunities for growth.
