fa بازشناسی نقش و رسالت زنان و جوانان وتبیین جایگاه فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی در تحقق بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب به‌مثابه منشوری برای &laquo;دومین مرحله خودسازی، جامعه‌پردازی و تمدن‌سازی&raquo; در چهل سالگی انقلاب اسلامی در ایران از سوی مقام معظم رهبری صادر شده ‌است. هدف مقاله حاضر بازشناسی نقش و رسالت زنان و جوانان براساس بیانیه گام دوم و نقش قرهنگستان دراین‌خصوص است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش: </span></span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">اعضای گروه علمی سلامت زنان فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی در چهار جلسه بحث گروهی، با مروری بر سیاست&shy;های موجود و تحلیل محتوایی بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب، سیاست&shy;های پیشنهادی در حوزه‌های علم و فناوری، اخلاق و معنویات و نخبگان با تأکید بر زنان و جوانان را تدوین کردند. همچنین راهکارهای اجرای سیاست&shy;های پیشنهادی در سطح فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی و در سطح جامعه و زیرساخت‌های مورد نیاز را مشخص کردند.</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">با تحلیل بیانیه در جلسات بحث گروهی 31 سیاست تدوین شد. این سیاست‌ها در حوزه‌های علم و فناوری، اخلاق و معنویات و نخبگان به ترتیب 12، 8 و 11 مورد را به خود اختصاص دادند. به منظور اجرایی شدن سیاست‌های پیشنهادی در فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی 6 راهکار تعیین شد. 21 راهکار نیز برای استفاده از توان و ظرفیت‌های فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی در کمک و حمایت از اجرای این سیاست‌ها در سطح جامعه مشخص شد. </span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در این بازه زمانی با به&shy;کارگیری سیاست&shy;های متناسب در حیطه&shy;های متعدد برای جوانان</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> <span dir="RTL">یعنی</span> <span dir="RTL">آینده</span> <span dir="RTL">سازان کشور و زنان در نقش ویژه و سازنده به عنوان &quot;تولید فکر&quot; و &quot;پرورش انسان&quot; با حمایت سازمان&shy;ها و ارگان&shy;های ذی‌ربط به شرط فراهم شدن زیرساخت‌های مورد نیاز، آرمان&shy;های ترسیم شده در بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی محقق خواهد شد.</span></span></span> <strong>Background</strong><strong>:</strong> On the 40th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the Supreme Leader coined the second phase of actions following the Islamic revolution to be &quot;the phase of self-improvement, socialization and civilization&quot;. Herein we sought to assess the role and mission of women and youth, as well as the role of the Academy of Medical Sciences played during the second phase of the Islamic Revolution.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> Members of the Women&#39;s Health Scientific Group at the Academy of Medical Sciences were given four sessions of group discussion, By reviewing existing policies and content analysis of the second phase of the Islamic revolution, policies were proposed in the fields of ethics spirituality, science, technology, pursued by adolescent women. They also identified strategies implementing the proposed policies needed infrastructures at the Academy of Medical Sciences as well as the community.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> By analyzing group discussion sessions 31 policies were developed. These policies were in the fields of science and technology (12 cases), ethics and spirituality (8 cases) and elites (11 cases) respectively. In order to implement the proposed policies at the Academy of Medical Sciences, 6 action plans were derived.
