fa خلاصه سیاستی 4: ارتقا مدیریت سلامت در حوادث و بلایا راهبردها و توصیه‌های ضروری براساس سیاست‌های کلی سلامت ابلاغی مقام معظم رهبری تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نظام سلامت شامل همه سازمان‌ها، افراد و فعالیت‌هایی با هدف اصلی تأمین، حفظ و ارتقای سلامت و مدیریت بلایا فرایندی با اهداف پیش‌بینی، پیشگیری، کاهش آسیب، آمادگی، پاسخ/امداد و بازیابی می‌باشد. در ارتباط با ارتقای مدیریت سلامت در حوادث و بلایا، باید موارد زیر مدنظر قرار گیرند: </span></span></span><span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:.2pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">تعهد سیاسی مسئولین نسبت به حقوق سلامت مردم، اولویت پیشگیری بر درمان در عموم سیاست‌ها، آگاه‌سازی و توانمندسازی مردم نسبت به حقوق خود، تولیت نظام سلامت و نیز تأمین منابع و خدمات سلامت برعهده وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی، حفظ شاخص‌های سلامت، ارتقای سلامت روانی جامعه، اصلاح فرهنگ مشارکت مردم، ارتقای آموزش عالی و تحقیقات سلامت در زمینه حوادث و بلایا.</span></span></span> Health management consists of organizations, individuals and activities with a main goal for providing, maintaining and promoting health and disaster management. It is a process which includes the prediction, prevention, reduction, preparedness, response and recovery in serious events.
