fa تجمعات انبوه انسانی در زمان شیوع بیماری‌های واگیر: کووید-19 تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> تجمعات انبوه، اجتماعات بشری هستند که در سراسر دنیا با اهداف و مراسم خاص برگزار می‌شوند. بسیاری از آن‌ها ریشه در اعتقادات، فرهنگ و سنن جوامع دارد. گسترش ارتباطات در عصر حاضر در توسعه و گستردگی تجمعات تأثیر گذاشته به‌طوری‌که شاهد تبدیل تجمعات ملی به بین‌المللی هستیم. در جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز تجمعات متعددی با ماهیت مذهبی، ملی، ورزشی، سیاسی، علمی و ... برگزار می‌شود که تعدادی از آن‌ها در مقیاس بسیار بزرگ می‌باشند. در این نوشتار، شرایط پیشنهاد شده برای تجمعات انسانی ارائه گردیده است.</span></span><span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">این مطالعه با استفاده از مطالب استخراج شده از منابع معتبر بین‌المللی و وب سایت‌های معتبر و تجارب داخلی صورت گرفته است.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">در مرحله برنامه‌ریزی تجمعات</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">: تعامل با مقامات بهداشتی محلی و کشوری؛ ارزیابی خطر؛ برنامه اقدام ویژه برای مقابله با کووید-19؛ </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&nbsp;ارزیابی ظرفیت‌ها و منابع؛ اطلاع‌رسانی خطر و برنامه درگیر کردن و همراه کردن جامعه؛</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">در مرحله برگزاری تجمعات:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> ارتباطات و اطلاع‌رسانی مخاطرات؛ مراقبت از شرکت‌کنندگان؛ آزمایش‌ها و اقدامات تشخیصی در موارد ضروری؛ فراهم کردن امکانات درمانی؛ تصمیم‌گیری و اقدامات کاهش خطر</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">در مرحله بعد از برگزاری تجمعات:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> اگر مقامات گمان می‌کنند انتقال ویروس رخ داده است، از اقدامات مسئولان بهداشتی حمایت شود؛ اطلاع‌رسانی مخاطرات و ثبت و پیگیری درس‌های آموخته شده. </span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> تأمین ایمنی، امنیت و سلامت شرکت‌کنندگان در طول مراسم از جمله مهم‌ترین وظایفی است که در رسالت سازمان‌های متعددی مانند نیروهای انتظامی، آنش‌نشانی، اورژانس و .... لحاظ شده است. سازمان‌های بهداشتی و درمانی با توجه به خدماتی که ارایه می‌دهند نقش مهمی در تأمین و اعاده سلامتی در دوره های قبل، حین و بعد از تجمعات برعهده دارند.</span></span></span> <strong>Background: </strong>Mass gatherings are human community held for specific purposes and ceremonies, worldwide. Many of them originate from the beliefs, culture and traditions of societies. Several gatherings of religious, national, sports, political, scientific, are held in the Islamic Republic of Iran<span dir="RTL">,</span> which some of them are on very large scales. The aim of this paper is key planning considerations for the organizers of mass gatherings in the context of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>This paper published by using the WHO&rsquo;s Public health for mass gatherings key considerations and other reliable national and international references and websites.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>Meeting organizers should consider three phases in planning appropriate preparedness measures (Planning, Operational, and Post-event phases). Specific actions to be taken in each phase are discussed:<br> <strong>In Planning phase</strong>: Liaison with local and national public Health authorities; Risk assessment; Specific action plan for COVID-19; Capacity and resource assessment; and Risk communication and community engagement plan<br> <strong>In Operational phase</strong>: Risk communication; Surveillance of participants; Testing and diagnostic arrangements; Treatment facilities; Decision-making; and Operational practices for reducing event-related transmission of the COVID-19 virus.<br> <strong>In Post-event phase</strong>: Support the response of authorities, if public health authorities suspect that transmission of the COVID-19 virus has occurred; Risk communication; Use and fallow the lessons identified;<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> A basic medical action plan must be created for every mass gathering event.
