fa تعریفی بومی از سلامت جنسی: رویکردی برای ارتقاء سلامت جنسی در ایران An Indigenized Definition of Sexual Health: An Approach to Promote Sexual Health in Iran تخصصي Special ديدگاه Perspective <h2 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify; margin-top:16px; margin-bottom:4px">زمینه و هدف: سلامت جنسی، به ‌عنوان یکی از ابعاد کلیدی سلامت، تحت تأثیر عوامل فرهنگی، اجتماعی و مذهبی قرار دارد و نقش مهمی در کیفیت زندگی ایفا می‌کند. تعاریف خارجی از سلامت جنسی، اغلب با تأکید بر فردگرایی و لذت ‌محوری، با ارزش‌های ایرانی ـ اسلامی، به‌ویژه جایگاه نهاد خانواده، سازگاری ندارند. این مطالعه با هدف ارائه تعریفی بومی و علمی از سلامت جنسی متناسب با زمینه‌های فرهنگی، اجتماعی و اعتقادی ایران انجام شد. روش: این پژوهش با رویکردی تلفیقی از مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و نظرسنجی خبرگان انجام گرفت. ابتدا، تعاریف سلامت جنسی از منابع معتبر خارجی و داخلی گردآوری و تحلیل شد. در ادامه، انجمن علمی سلامت خانواده ایران، با محوریت تعریف سازمان بهداشت جهانی (2006)، تعریف اولیه‌ای ارائه و به فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی جمهوری اسلامی ایران پیشنهاد کرد. این تعریف در کارگروهی متشکل از متخصصان رشته‌های مرتبط و کارشناسان حوزوی بررسی و مورد اجماع قرار گرفت. در نهایت، مرکز موضوع‌شناسی احکام فقهی در قم نیز عدم مغایرت تعریف با احکام شرعی را تأیید کرد. یافته‌ها: تعاریف خارجی اغلب بر لذت‌جویی فرد محور تأکید دارند و در برخی مفاهیم دچار ابهاماتی بودند که با ارزش‌های ایرانی - اسلامی ناسازگارند. تعاریف داخلی نیز به دلیل فقدان جامعیت و پشتوانه نهادی معتبر، از کارآمدی لازم برخوردار نبودند. بر پایه‌ نتایج این پژوهش، در چهارچوب فرهنگی و ارزشی جامعه ایران، سلامت جنسی وضعیتی از بهزیستی روان‌شناختی، عاطفی، جسمی و اجتماعی زن و مرد در برقراری رابطه جنسی هدفمند، ایمن، بهموقع و آرامشدهنده با همسر خود است که هیچیک در معرض اکراه، اجبار، تحقیر و خشونت قرار نگیرند. سلامت جنسی همراه با رضایت از هویت جنسیتی بوده و صرفاً به معنای نبود بیماری یا اختلال عملکرد نیست و با اعتقادات مذهبی، هنجارهای فرهنگی و قانونی جامعه، حفظ حقوق جنسی زوجین و رعایت اخلاق انسانی همسو میباشد. نتیجه‌گیری: سلامت جنسی مفهومی پیچیده و چند‌بعدی است که ارائه یک تعریف واحد جهانی را غیرممکن می‌کند. بنابراین، سیاست‌گذاری‌ها، برنامه‌ریزی‌ها و مداخلات در حوزه سلامت جنسی باید مبتنی بر تعاریف بومی و متناسب با زمینه‌های فرهنگی، اجتماعی و مذهبی هر جامعه باشد تا کارآمدی و اثربخشی لازم را داشته باشند.  </h2> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Sexual health, as a key dimension of overall health, is influenced by cultural, social, and religious factors and plays an important role in quality of life. The foreign definitions of sexual health, often emphasizing individualism and pleasure, which are not fully compatible with Iranian-Islamic values, especially the central role of the family institution. This study aimed to develop an indigenized and scientific definition of sexual health appropriate to the cultural, social, and religious contexts of Iran. Method: This study was conducted using a mixed approach of literature review and expert survey. Initially, definitions of sexual health were collected and analyzed from credible foreign and domestic sources. Subsequently, the Iranian Family Health Scientific Association, based on the World Health Organization’s (2006) definition, developed an initial draft which was presented to the Academy of Medical Sciences of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This definition was reviewed and reached consensus by a working group composed of specialists from relevant disciplines and religious experts. Finally, the lack of conflict with Sharia rulings was also confirmed by the Center for Subject Identification of Jurisprudential Rulings in Qom. Results: The foreign definitions often emphasized individualistic pleasure and contained ambiguities in some concepts that were incompatible with Iranian-Islamic values. Domestic definitions also lacked the necessary efficiency due to their lack of comprehensiveness and credible institutional support. Based on the results of this research, within the cultural and value framework of Iranian society, sexual health is a state of psychological, affective, physical and social well-being of men and women in establishing a purposeful, safe, timely, and soothing sexual relationship with their spouse, in which neither is exposed to reluctance, coercion, humiliation and violence. Sexual health is accompanied by satisfaction with gender identity and is not merely the absence of disease or dysfunction; it aligns with religious beliefs, cultural and legal norms of society, the preservation of spouses' sexual rights, and adherence to human ethics. Conclusion: Sexual health is a complex and multidimensional concept for which a universal definition is impossible.
