fa ارتقای مشارکت بیماران و مردم در پژوهش‌های سلامت ایران PPI/PSE تخصصي Special خلاصه‌سياستي Policy brief <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مشارکت بیماران و مردم در فرآیند تحقیقات سلامت نقش کلیدی در بهبود کیفیت، اعتبار، شفافیت و کاربردپذیری نتایج پژوهش‌ها دارد. با دخیل‌کردن ذی‌نفعان (بیماران، مراقبان، ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات سلامتی، سیاست‌گذاران و عموم مردم) در تصمیم‌گیری‌های پژوهشی، مطالعات از حالت صرفاً دانشگاهی خارج شده و به نیازهای واقعی جامعه نزدیک‌تر می‌شوند. نهادهای بین‌المللی مانند سازمان جهانی بهداشت و یونسکو و بسیاری از سرمایه‌گذاران پژوهش (از جمله بنیاد بیل و ملیندا گیتس و بنیاد ولکام) اکنون محققین را ملزم به مشارکت ذی‌نفعان در فرایند مطالعات علمی می‌کنند. با این حال، در ایران مشارکت نظام‌مند بیماران و مردم در پژوهش‌های سلامت در مراحل ابتدایی قرار داشته و چارچوب ملی یا الزام مشخصی برای آن وجود ندارد. این مستند، ضمن مرور اهمیت و وضعیت کنونی مشارکت بیمار و مردم </span></span>(Patient and Public Involvement - PPI)<span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> در پژوهش‌های سلامت، چالش‌های ساختاری، فرهنگی و اجرایی پیش رو را تحلیل کرده و هفت توصیه سیاستی مشخص برای تقویت </span></span>PPI<span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> در ایران ارائه می‌دهد. اجرای این توصیه‌ها می‌تواند منجر به تحقیقات سلامت مردم‌محورتر، شفافیت و افزایش تکرارپذیری مطالعات و افزایش اعتماد عمومی به دانش علوم پزشکی و بهره‌گیری عادلانه‌تر از دانش در ارتقای سلامت جامعه شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Patient and public involvement (PPI) in health research is crucial for enhancing the quality, credibility, transparency and applicability of study findings. By engaging stakeholders &ndash; including patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, policy makers and the public &ndash; as partners in research, studies become more patient-centered and feasible, leading to more ethical conduct, improved trust, and better communication between researchers and communities. International bodies such as the WHO, UNESCO, and major funders (e.g., the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Wellcome Trust) increasingly mandate stakeholder engagement in the research projects they support. However, in Iran, systematic PPI in health research remains nascent, with no national framework or requirements yet in place. This advocacy document outlines the importance and current status of PPI/PSE in health research system, analyzes structural, cultural, and practical barriers, and presents <b>seven concrete policy recommendations</b> to strengthen patient and public engagement in Iran&rsquo;s health research.
