fa بررسی نتایج و یافته های طرح های پژوهشی برونداد آن‌ها در فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی عمومى General اصيل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">زمینه و هدف: </span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">این بررسی به‌منظور پی‌گیری نتایج و برونداد‌های فعالیت فرهنگستان طی سه دهه گذشته از بدو تأسیس تا سال 1400 به اتمام رسیده است. همواره این سوال مطرح بوده که نتایج طرح‌ها پژوهشی چگونه مورد استفاده در اسناد و مستندات کشوری یا سیاست‌گذاری‌ها قرار گرفته است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">: مطالعه توصیفی است و با بررسی مستندات و اطلاعات موجود در کتابخانه، قرارداد‌ها جهت تکمیل کلیه عناوین طرح‌ها و سپس جستجو در اینترنت و منابع استنادی براساس کلیدواژه‌های پژوهش‌ها، نام و مشخصات مجری اصلی جهت ردیابی بروندادها و در نهایت ارتباط مستقیم تلفنی و ارسال ایمیل جهت تکمیل اطلاعات مرتبط با برونداد‌ها انجام گرفته است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته‌</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">ها: در این پژوهش 527 طرح پژوهشی فرهنگستان از بدو تأسیس تا سال 1400 براساس روش‌شناسی تحقیق مورد پیگیری و جستجو قرار گرفت. رویکرد پژوهشی فرهنگستان در دوره‌های مختلف فعالیت آن دارای تغییرات محتوایی و علمی بوده است که براساس تدوین برنامه‌های راهبردی دارای جهت علمی و هدفمند شده است و در نهایت پس از بررسی بروندادهای حاصل از این پژوهش‌ها، تعداد 139 عنوان مقاله فارسی و انگلیسی، 68 عنوان کتاب، 23 عنوان خلاصه سیاستی، 25 عنوان مستند حمایت‌طلبی و ده عنوان همایش به‌دست آمد. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">: براساس اطلاعات بدست‌آمده تعداد و کیفیت اجرای طرح‌های پژوهشی فرهنگستان طی سه دهه گذشته روند رو به رشد و تنوع عناوین براساس برنامه‌ راهبردی اول و دوم افزایش داشته است میزان همکاری در طرح‌های پژوهشی‌های مشترک با دیگر مراکز علمی و دانشگاهی نیز براساس راهبردها افزایش کمی را نشان می‌دهد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Background:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> This review was completed with the aim of tracing the results and outputs of the Academy&rsquo;s researches activities over the past three decades, from its establishment through the year 2021. A persistent question has concerned the extent to which the results of research projects have been utilized in national documents and policymaking processes.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Methods:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> This descriptive study was conducted through a comprehensive examination of available documents and archival materials. Library resources and research project contracts were reviewed to compile the full list of research project titles. Subsequently, internet searches and citation databases were explored using research keywords, along with the names and details of the principal investigators, to identify related outputs. Finally, supplementary information was obtained through direct telephone communication and email correspondence.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Results:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> In this study, 527 research projects undertaken by the Academy of medical Sciences from its inception to the year 2021 were traced and analyzed according to their research methodologies. The Academy&rsquo;s research orientation has evolved across different periods of activity, reflecting notable shifts in scientific and thematic focus. Guided by the formulation of strategic plans, research activities became increasingly structured, goal-oriented, and scientifically directed. The analysis of research outputs yielded 139 Persian and English articles, 68 books, 23 policy briefs, 25 advocacy documents, and 10 conferences.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Conclusion:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> The findings indicate a progressive increase in both the number and quality of research projects implemented by the Academy over the past three decades. The diversity of research topics expanded in alignment with the first and second strategic plans.
