fa چالش‌های اقدام پژوهی در تصمیم‌سازی و برنامه‌ریزی سلامت زنان تخصصي Special خلاصه‌سياستي Policy brief <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">دستیابی به اهداف مورد انتظار در اسناد بالادستی سلامت، مستلزم توجه همه جانبه به سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی مبتنی بر شواهد و رصد و پایش دقیق مداخلات و برنامه‌های درحال اجرا می‌باشد. در این خصوص بهره‌گیری از اقدام‌پژوهی، مراحل شناسایی مسئله، گردآوری اطلاعات، تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌ها، ارائه راهکارها، اجرای راهکار منتخب و ارزشیابی نتایج، به بهترین نحو امکان بررسی و اصلاح وضعیت موجود را فراهم می‌آورد.</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="color:black"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">نظر به اهمیت حفظ و ارتقای سلامت زنان، به عنوان یکی از ارکان اصلی توسعه و پیشرفت جوامع و با درنظر گرفتن نقش کلیدی ایشان در سلامت و تعالی نهاد خانواده، خلاصه سیاستی پیش رو، مبتنی بر نتایج یک مطالعه تلفیقی شامل؛ مرور نظام‌مند،مطالعه کیفی و پنل خبرگان، به تحلیل وضعیت موجود و پیشنهاد راهکارهای بهبود استفاده از اقدام‌پژوهی در تصمیم‌سازی و برنامه‌ریزی برای ارتقای سلامت زنان، پرداخته است.</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">یافته‌ها مبین این مهم هستند که در صورت تمهید زمینه‌های مشارکتی و تأمین زیرساخت‌های لازم، آموزش و فرهنگ‌سازی مناسب، امکان تأثیر بلامنازع چنین رویکردهایی را در ارتقای سلامت زنان و در نتیجه خانواده و جامعه، خواهد داشت. مبتنی بر این نتیجه‌گیری، بهراهکارهای مشارکتی و اجرایی متناظر در متن اشاره شده است..</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">Achieving the expected goals in the upstream health documents requires comprehensive attention to evidence-based policymaking and planning and careful monitoring and supervision of ongoing interventions and programs. In this regard, the use of action research, the stages of problem identification, information collection, analysis of findings, presentation of solutions, implementation of the selected solution, and evaluation of results, provide the best opportunity to examine and improve the current situation.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">Considering the importance of maintaining and promoting women&#39;s health as one of the main pillars of development and progress of societies and considering their key role in the health and excellence of the family institution, the following policy brief, based on the results of a combined study including; systematic review, qualitative study, and expert panel, has analyzed the current situation and proposed solutions to improve the use of action research in decision-making and planning to promote women&#39;s health.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">The findings demonstrate that; If participatory areas are prepared and the necessary infrastructure, education and appropriate culture are provided, such approaches will have an undeniable impact on improving women&#39;s health and, consequently, the family and society.
