fa پیشگیری از پوسیدگی دندانی کودکان با فلوراید‌تراپی توسط مادر تخصصي Special اصيل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> پوسیدگی اوایل دوران کودکی یک مشکل شایع سلامت عمومی‌است. وارنیش فلوراید تراپی از روش‌های مؤثر پیشگیری است و توانمندسازی مادران می‌تواند دسترسی به این خدمت را افزایش دهد. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی تأثیر آموزش مبتنی بر فیلم در بهبود عملکرد مادران در اجرای وارنیش فلوراید بود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> شصت مادر دارای کودکان سه تا دوازده سال در زاهدان و ایلام، پس از مشاهده یک فیلم آموزشی چهار دقیقته ای، فلورایدتراپی را برای فرزند خود تحت نظارت دندان پزشک انجام دادند. عملکرد آن‌ها با چک‌لیست ده بخشی و امتیاز صفر تا ده ارزیابی شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با آمار توصیفی انجام گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> در مجموع ۹5 کودک بررسی شدند و میانگین امتیاز عملکرد مادران 3/۹ از ده بود. همچنین ۹5 درصد مادران دقت بالاتر از هشتاد درصد و 6۷ درصد دقت بیش از نود درصد داشتند. مادران با تحصیلات بالاتر امتیاز بالاتری کسب کردند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> آموزش از راه دور به وسیله یک فیلم کوتاه آموزشی می‌تواند مادران را به طور مؤثری برای انجام صحیح وارنیش فلوراید توانمند کند. مشارکت فعال مادران در مراقبت‌های پیشگیرانه دهان و دندان می‌تواند موجب بهبود دسترستی، افزایش عدالت در سلامت و کاهش خطر پوسیدگی در کودکان شود. این روش می‌تواند به عنوان یک راهکار قابل اجرا در برنامه‌های سلامت دهان در سطح جامعه مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <h3 data-end="152" data-start="136" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Background: </span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Early childhood caries is a common public health issue. Fluoride varnish therapy is an effective preventive method, and empowering mothers can increase access to this service. The aim of this study was to examine the impact of video-based training on improving mothers&rsquo; performance in performing fluoride varnish application.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Methods: </span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Sixty mothers of children aged 3 to 12 years in Zahedan and Ilam, after watching a 4-minute educational video, administered fluoride therapy to their child under the supervision of a dentist. Their performance was evaluated using a 10-item checklist with a score range of 0 to 10. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data.&quot;</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Results: </span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Overall, 95 children were examined, and the mean maternal performance score was 9.3 out of 10. Additionally, 95% of mothers achieved accuracy above 80%, and 67% achieved accuracy above 90%. Mothers with higher education attained higher scores.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Conclusion:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> Remote education through a short instructional video can effectively empower mothers to perform fluoride varnish application correctly. Active maternal involvement in preventive oral health care can improve access, promote health equity, and reduce the risk of caries in children.
