fa فن‌آوری‌های نوپدید حوزه سلامت و چشم‌انداز آینده: فرصت‌ها و چالش‌ها Health Newfound Technologies and Future Perspective: Opportunities and Challenges تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: از اواخر سده بیستم، مفهوم فن‌آوری‌های نوپدید، شبکه دانشی و حکمروایی آن‌ها، مورد توجه دانشگاهیان، رسانه‌ها و سیاستگذاران قرار گرفته‌اند. فن‌آوری‌های نوپدید، توسعه‌های علمی-فن‌آورانه نوین رادیکال، مرزشکن و کمابیش با شتاب تندی می‌باشند که ممکن است اثرات چشمگیر اقتصادی، زیست محیطی و اجتماعی به همراه داشته باشند. روش: در بحث‌های گروهی با حضور متخصصان حوزه‌های علوم و فن‌آوری (پانل خبرگان) به ثبت دیدگاه‌های آنها در زمینه فن‌آوری‌های نوپدید پرداخته شد. سپس فهرست حاصل از این ذهن انگیزی در پانل خبرگان، به شیوه پیشنهادی ام. سی. روکو ودبلیو اس. بین بریج، در قالب زیر حوزه‌های علوم و فن‌آوری‌های بنیادی گروه‌بندی شد. یافته‌ها: فرصت‌های چشمگیری در علوم و فن‌آوری‌های نوپدید مانند هوش مصنوعی، پزشکی از راه دور و سلامت دیجیتالی، مهندسی بافت و پزشکی بازآفرینشی، بیولوژی سینتتیک، ویرایش ژن، فن‌آوری‌های عصبی، زیست حس‌گرها، چاپ سه بعدی و رباتیک برای کسب مرجعیت علمی، ارتقای عدالت و خلق امنیت اجتماعی وجود دارند. ماهیت عمده این فن‌آوری‌های نوپدید آن است که در گستره فن‌آوری‌های همگرا قرار می‌گیرند. از این رو، با خود چالش‌های بحرانی در زمینه‌های ایمنی زیستی و امنیت زیستی می‌آفرینند. نتیجه‌گیری: فرصت‌های راهبردی در سامانه فن‌آوری‌های بنیادی علم و فن‌آوری یافت می‌شوند که با مدد این فن‌آوری‌های نوپدید می‌توان به پیشرفت‌های شگفت‌انگیز در گستره سلامت، توسعه دارو و درمان، استقرار عدالت و امنیت اجتماعی دست یافت. از این‌رو، راهکارهای دستیابی به فن‌آوری‌های همگرا برای کسب مرجعیت علمی می‌بایست مد نظر قرار گیرند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Since the end of the twentieth century, the concept of emerging technologies and their science network and governance have been considered by academia, media and policy makers. The emerging technologies are “radically novel or disruptive and relatively fast-developing, but still nascent, scientific-technological developments that may have prominent economic, environment or social impacts”. Methods: In focus group discussions with the presence of experts in science and technology (expert panel), their opinions about the emerging technologies were recorded. Subsequently, a list of these technologies that were determined by brain storming in the expert panel, was categorized in subsectors of the Roco and Bainbridge convergence foundational science and technology system (Nano-Bio-Info-Cogno-AI, in brief NBICA). Results: There is considerable opportunity in the emerging science and technologies (e.g., artificial intelligence, telemedicine and digital health, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, synthetic biology, gene editing, neurotechnology, biosensors, 3D printing and robotics) for achieving scientific authority, promotion of justice and creation of social security. The majority of these emerging technologies were revealed to be converging technologies in nature. Therefore, they produce significant challenges in the biosafety and biosecurity domains. Conclusion: There is a strategic opportunity in the convergence foundational science and technology system (NBICA). Wonderful advancements can be achieved in health sector, therapeutic and drug development, social security and justice with the help of these emerging technologies.
