fa میان‌ رشته‌ای‌ها در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران: تحلیل ساختاری عوامل و بازیگران عمومى General اصيل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> افزایش پیچیدگی مسائل و پیشرفت‌های فناورانه باعث گسترش و توسعه میان‌ رشته‌ای‌ها برای فهم دقیق تغییرات و فراگیری چگونگی رویارویی با آنها شده است. بهداشت و سلامت اساساً ماهیت پیچیده‌ای پیدا کرده است و امکان فهم این حوزه تنها با تکیه بر علوم پزشکی مهیا نخواهد بود. پرسش اصلی این مقاله آن است که به‌کارگیری میان رشته‌ای‌ها در علوم پزشکی ایران تابع چه الگو و مدلی است؟ برای پاسخ به این پرسش بازیگران و عوامل شکل‌دهنده به توسعه میان‌رشته‌ای‌ها بررسی شده است. عوامل شکل‌دهنده به وضعیت به‌کارگیری میان رشته‌ای‌ها در علوم پزشکی ایران کدام هستند؟ تحلیل ساختاری- تفسیری این عوامل بر پایه تأثیرپذیری و تأثیرگذاری آنها از یکدیگر چگونه است؟ </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">پانل خبرگان به‌منظور گردآوری، اولویت‌گذاری و اعتباربخشی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر آینده توسعه میان‌ رشته‌ای‌ها در علوم پزشکی؛ روش تحلیل ساختاری- تفسیری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار میک‌مک و مکتور به‌منظور شناسایی نقش کنشگران و عوامل بر وضعیت میان‌ رشته‌ای‌ها.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">توسعه میان ‌رشته‌ای‌ها نیازمند حمایت و پشتیبانی نهادهای سیاست‌گذار به‌عنوان هدایت‌گر و تسهیل‌‌کننده از طریق وضع قوانین تسهیل‌گر، توسعه هسته‌های آموزشی و پژوهشی میان ‌رشته‌ای، توسعه برنامه‌های ماژولار میان‌ رشته‌ای.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> عامل &laquo;لزوم گذار به دانشگاه‌های نسل سوم&raquo;، بیشترین اثرگذاری و عامل &laquo;بازبینی سیاست‌های جذب منابع انسانی&raquo;، بیشترین تأثیرپذیری را دارند. عامل دانشگاه‌های نسل سوم عاملی است که زمینه را به‌شدت برای توسعه میان ‌رشته‌ای‌ها فراهم می‌کند و بر سایر عوامل و دانش‌های میان ‌رشته‌ای اثرگذار است. توسعه میان ‌رشته‌ای‌ها باید به گفتمان مسلط دانشگاه تبدیل شود به شکلی که در قالب سیاست‌ها و برنامه‌های راهبردی آموزش عالی پزشکی مدون شود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Background:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> The increase in the complexity of issues and technological advances has led to expansion and development of interdisciplinary fields to accurately understand the changes and learn how to face them. The Health system has basically become a complex system and it will not be possible to understand this field by merely relying on medical sciences. The main objective of this research is to design the desired model for interdisciplinary developments in medical sciences in Iran. To answer this question, the actors and factors shaping the development of interdisciplinary fields were investigated. What are the factors shaping the situation of interdisciplinary use in Iran&#39;s medical sciences? How is the structural-interpretive analysis of these factors based on their influence on each other?</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Methods:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> The methods that were used to conduct this study included: an expert panel to collect, prioritize and validate factors affecting the future development of interdisciplinary fields in medical sciences; structural-interpretive analysis using MicMac and Mactor software to identify the role of actors in interdisciplinary studies.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Results:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> Development of interdisciplinary studies requires support of policy-making institutions as guides and facilitators through establishment of facilitating laws, development of interdisciplinary education and research cores, and development of interdisciplinary modular programs.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Conclusion:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> The factor &quot;requiring transfer to third generation universities&quot; has the most impact and the factor &quot;revision of human resources recruitment policies&quot; is the most affected. Third-generation university is a factor that can provide substantial ground for development of interdisciplinary studies and influeces other factors and interdisciplinary knowledge.
