fa دیدگاه استادان و دانشجویان دانشکده پزشکی کرمانشاه درخصوص مفاهیم و شاخص‌های فرهنگی عمومى General اصيل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">: </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">در نظام دینی و اجتماعی ایران فعالیت‌&shy;های فرهنگی ارزش و منزلت خاصی دارند و لزوم توجه بیش از پیش به این موضوع در دانشگاه‌ها مورد تأکید فراوان می‌باشد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی مفاهیم فرهنگی از دیدگاه استادان و دانشجویان دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه انجام شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">این پژوهش به صورت یک مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">شامل</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">تمامی استادان گروه علوم پایه، دانشجویان رشته پزشکی مقطع علوم پایه و دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی بودند. ابزار</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مورد</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">استفاده،</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">پرسشنامه بوده که شامل دو بخش اطلاعات دموگرافی و شاخص‌های پایه فرهنگی در قالب ده حیطه شاخص‌&shy;های کلان می‌باشد. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">: در رابطه با شاخص&shy;‌های خرد فرهنگی، از دیدگاه استادان سه شاخص ابتکار و خلاقیت‌&shy;گرایی، عدالت علمی و حق&shy;طلبی و در دانشجویان پزشکی، عدالت اجتماعی، استقلال‌طلبی و تربیتی آموزشی و در دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی، اخلاق عمومی، تربیتی آموزشی و حق‌طلبی بالاترین میانگین نمره را کسب کرده و بیشترین اولویت را داشتند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">نتیجه&shy;‌گیری:</span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> به‌دلیل انتزاعی بودن مفاهیم و دشواری سنجش مضامین ارزشی و همچنین اهمیت و ظرافت موضوع، بررسی‌&shy;های علمی دقیق و نظام‌مند می‌&shy;تواند شرایط و تمهیداتی را در دانشگاه‌ها فراهم کند که به موازات آموزش و پژوهش، فعالیت‌&shy;های فرهنگی و اجتماعی نیز به شکل صحیح‌تر و مؤثرتر انجام پذیرد. از این‌رو به</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">منظور ارتقا فعالیت‌های فرهنگی در دانشگاه‌ها و بهره‌مندی بیشتر دانشجویان از این کارکرد مهم مورد نظر در مراکز آموزش عالی،</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> برقراری ارتباط متقابل و تعامل با آنان در این راستا ضروری می‌نماید.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Background:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> In the religious and social system of Iran, cultural activities are of special value and dignity and the necessity of paying more attention to this issue is emphasized in universities. The purpose of this study was to investigate the cultural preferences of medical professors and students of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Methods:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> This study was a descriptive cross-sectional study. The statistical population consisted of all professors of basic sciences, medical students of graduate sciences and postgraduate students. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire consisting of two parts:1) demographic information; and 2)basic cultural indices in ten domains of macro indices. </span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Results:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Overall, the results of the micro-cultural indices indicated that threeindicators of innovation and creativity, scientific justice and entitlement from the teachers&#39; point of view,social justice, independence seeking,and educational attainment from the students&rsquo; point of view, and general ethics, educational attainment, and demanding righteousnessamong postgraduate students hadthe highest average scores.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Conclusion:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> Due to abstraction of concepts and the difficulty of measuring valuesas well as the importance and delicacy of the subject, rigorous and systematic scientific studies can provide conditions and arrangements in universities that, in addition to education and research, cultural and social activities are undertaken more accurately and effectively.
