fa نقش مؤسسات خیریه مردم نهاد در غربالگری و تشخیص زودرس سرطان پستان، از منظر اقتصاد مقاومتی تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">پیشگیری از سرطان یکی از اقدامات مهم در اقتصاد مقاومتی است. سرطان پستان اولین سرطان شایع زنان دردنیا می‌باشد که قابل پیشگیری است. با تشخیص زودهنگام (شامل تشخیص به موقع و غربالگری)، بیماران در مراحل اولیه تشخیص داده می‌‌شوند که اقدامات درمانی آسان‌تر، مؤثرتر و هزینه اثربخش، میزان بقا و کیفیت زندگی بهبود پیدا می‌‌کند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی نقش مؤسسات خیریه مردم نهاد در غربالگری و تشخیص به موقع سرطان پستان است. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">ابتدا فهرست مؤسسات خیریه مردم نهاد به همراه حوزه‌های فعالیت آن‌ها از شبکه ملی خیرین سلامت حوزه سرطان دریافت و با این مؤسسات تماس گرفته شد، گزارشی از تجارب چهار مؤسسه خیریه مردم نهاد که درزمینه پیشگیری و غربالگری سرطان پستان</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">فعالیت داشته‌اند و گزارش‌ها را در اختیار ما قرار دادند مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">بیش از 60 مؤسسه خیریه مردم نهاد در حوزه سرطان در کشوروجود دارد که 34 مؤسسه عضو شبکه خیریه‌های حوزه سلامت هستند. بیشترین حوزه فعالیت مؤسسات خیریه سرطان بعد از حمایت‌های نقدی و غیرنقدی از بیماران (85 درصد) آموزش و اطلاع‌رسانی است (80 درصد). در این مطالعه 4 مؤسسه خیریه از اعضای شبکه گزارش‌های خود را در زمینه پیشگیری اولیه و ثانویه سرطان پستان ارسال کردند.</span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مؤسسات خیریه سرطان در ایران در زمینه اطلاع‌رسانی و آموزش همگانی در زمینه پیشگیری از سرطان پستان بسیار فعال می‌‌باشند ولی تجربیات آن‌ها در زمینه تشخیص زودهنگام بسیار محدود است و فعالیت‌ها به صورت مناسب مستند نمی‌‌شود. ضروری است این مؤسسات دراین خصوص همکاری بیشتری داشته باشند و براساس متون علمی‌ این نوع فعالیت‌ها را گسترش دهند و با همکاری مراکز علمی‌ و تحقیقاتی فرایندها و نتایج اقدامات خود را با دقت مستند کنند. شبکه خیریه‌های حوزه سرطان می‌‌تواند نقش کلیدی در این خصوص ایفا کند.</span></span></span> <strong>Background: </strong>Cancer prevention is an important action in the period of resistive economy. Breast cancer (BC) is the most common women cancer worldwide. BC is preventable cancer. Cancer screening aims to find cancer in the early stage when a patient is in the asymptomatic phase. Early diagnosis causes patient management easier in the shorter period, more effective with less cost, ultimately screening leads to increase survival rate and improve patient&rsquo;s quality of life.<br> The aim of this study was to investigate the role of charities in the screening and early detection of breast cancer in the period of resistive economy.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>First, we received a list of non-governmental charities along with their areas of activity from the National Network of Charities (NNC) in the area of cancer and then we analyzed the reports of four non-governmental charities that have been active in the prevention and screening of BC.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>There are more than 60 non-governmental organizations in the field of cancer in the country. NNC covers 34 of them. Most of their activities were financial and non-financial supports (85%), the second activity was in the field of education and information (80%). We received the reports of four charities that have been involved in the primary and secondary prevention of BC.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Cancer charities in Iran are active in the area of information and public education for BC prevention. They have limited experience on early detection and they didn&rsquo;t document their activities. It is necessary to work together and developed their activities based on scientific documents. We suggest to collaborate with research centers and other scientific organization and documented their activities with precise.
