other پیش‌نویس نقشه راه فناوری‌های همگرا در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی برای کسب مرجعیت علمی تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">زمینه و هدف</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">فناوری‌های همگرا که حاصل گذار از مرز رشته‌ای و یکپارچه‌سازی ابزارها و روش‌های علمی در گستره‌ای از علوم سلامت، فیزیک، ریاضیات، علوم محاسبه‌ای، رشته‌های مهندسی است، نقش بی‌همتایی در رشد و توسعه پزشکی نوین و خلق رشته‌های جدید فراهم آورده‌اند. بی‌شک پیشگامی در فناوری‌های همگرا می‌تواند دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور را در کسب مرجعیت علمی شتاب دهد.</span></span><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش کار: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">از چارچوب مشترک نقشه راه همگرایی پیشنهادی گروه راهبردی آلبرایت که شامل چهارگام است، برای تدوین نقشه راه فناوری‌های همگرا در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور استفاده شد. گام اول، تعریف و باز نمودن گستره فناوری‌های همگراست؛ در گام دوم، مسیر حرکت فناوری‌های همگرا براساس ساختار و عناصر ترسیم می‌شود؛ در گام سوم از مهم‌ترین فناوری‌هایی پرده برداری می‌شود که می‌توانند رقابت‌پذیری را در سطح بالا ابقاء کنند؛ در گام چهارم، برنامه عملیاتی و نظام سرمایه‌گذاری، ارائه می‌شود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> گستره‌های فناوری‌های همگرا در رهیافت‌هایی که پتانسیل زایش فناوری‌های همگرا را دارند شامل، فزونی فیزیکی (زیست پزشکی)، فزونی (تقویت) سیستم عصبی/مغزی، بیولوژی سینتتیک، هوش مصنوعی و رباتیک، هم‌کنشگاه ماشین ـ انسان، پزشکی سیستمی (پزشکی شبکه‌ای)، بیولوژی سیستمی، پزشکی فرا دقیق و زیست حسگرها هستند. در طرح عملیاتی و راهبرد سرمایه‌گذاری تشکیل گروه‌های میان رشته‌ای، کمیته همگرایی، آزمایشگاه‌های میان رشته‌ای، مرکز دیده‌بانی فناوری‌های همگرا، ایجاد پلاتفورم (سکو) فناوری‌های همگرا، جایزه همگرایی، تدوین پروژه‌های کلان پیشاهنگ در زمینه همگرایی، آموزش همگرایی و تربیت نسل جوان پژوهشگر میان رشته‌ای و سرمایه‌گذاری بر پایه گستره‌های فناوری‌های همگرا، باید مورد توجه قرار گیرند.</span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در تدوین نقشه راه فناوری برای دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ‌باید بر ماهیت سیستمی پزشکی و بیولوژی در گستره پژوهش‌های زیست پزشکی و یکپارچه‌سازی امیکس‌های </span></span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">(omics)<span dir="RTL"> دهگانه در پزشکی فرادقیق، تأکید ورزید و همچنین به برهم کنش انسان-ماشین، هوش مصنوعی و رباتیک و کاربرد فناوری‌های امیکس در علوم اعصاب نیز توجه ویژه نشان داد تا بتوان در مرز دانش برای کسب مرجعیت علمی به رقابت پرداخت.</span></span></span> <strong>Background:</strong> The converging technologies are production of transition from disciplinary limits and the integration of tools and scientific methods in health sciences, physics, mathematics, computational sciences, and engineering. They have provided a unique role in the advancement of future medicine and the creation of new scientific disciplines. Undoubtedly, being pioneer in the establishment of converging technologies can promote the universities of medical sciences to achieve scientific authority.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The Albright Strategy Group&rsquo;s roadmapping convergence conceptual of framework consisting of four steps was used to design a roadmap draft for converging technologies the universities of medical sciences. The first step is definition and scope, the second step is research direction based on structure, the third step is technology roadmap to find the most competitive technologies, and the fourth step presents investment summary and action plan<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The technological fields which have potentials of convergence in their approach include physical enhancement/biomedicine, neuro/brain enhancement, synthetic biology, artificial intelligence and robotics, human-machine interfaces, systems medicine (network medicine), systems biology, and precision medicine and biosensors. The establishment of interdisciplinary groups, convergence committee, interdisciplinary laboratories, observatory center for convergence, convergence platform, convergence awards, convergence education and training of young scientists for interdisciplinary research, initiatives for converging technologies and investment in converging technologies should be encouraged in the investment summary and action plan step.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The nature of systems medicine and biology in the biomedicine research and the integration of omics technologies should be emphasized in the design of a roadmap draft for converging technologies at the universities of medical sciences.
