Strengthening and promoting the social status of the social status of Iranian Physicians and increasing public trust in health care providers is the shared responsibility of policy makers, managers and all health actors. Taking notice of this important cultural and spiritual issue will help provide, maintain and promote comprehensive health at the community level. This statement briefly presents the influencing factors that determine the social status of Iranian Physicians, and provides strategies and solutions for its promotion.
