fa استاد شایسته در منظومه معرفتی رهبر شهید انقلاب آیت‌الله سیدعلی خامنه‌ای قدس‌الله نفسه: تأملی در ویژگی‌های اخلاقی و شخصیت معنوی استادان دانشگاه (بخش دوم) The "Worthy Professor" in the Epistemology of the Martyr Revolutionary Leader Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei: A Reflection on the Moral Characteristics and Spiritual Personality of University Professors تخصصي Special مروري Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: استادان دانشگاه، علاوه بر ایفای نقش آموزشی و پژوهشی، مسئولیت خطیری در تربیت اخلاقی، معنوی و هویتی دانشجویان و هدایت فرهنگی دانشگاه بر عهده دارند. تبیین موانع و کاستی‌های رشد اخلاقی و معنوی و راهکارهای ارتقای آن، در مسئولیت‌های خطیر استادان با تکیه بر سخنان امام شهید حضرت آیت‌الله‌العظمی خامنه‌ای،مرور شده است. روش: این مطالعه مروری، شامل پیام‌ها، سخنرانی‌ها، دیدارها، و سایر اسناد رسمی منتشرشده از امام شهید درباره دانشگاه، آموزش عالی، علم، اخلاق و نقش استادان است. اسناد به‌صورت هدفمند گردآوری و مطالب مرتبط استخراج و براساس محورهای موضوعی طبقه‌بندی و تلفیق شدند. یافته‌ها: غفلت از موازین شرعی و اخلاقی؛ توسعه غیرهدفمند آموزش عالی؛ ضعف بصیرت و دشمن‌شناسی؛ تحجّر علمی؛ رقابت ناسالم؛ غرور علمی؛ القای ناامیدی؛ غفلت از رسالت اجتماعی دانشگاه؛ غلبه مصرف‌کنندگیعلم بر تولید علم؛ و بی‌توجهی به آسیب‌های اجتماعی؛ از مهم‌ترین موانع رشد اخلاقی در دانشگاه معرفی شد. تقویت ایمان و تهذیب نفس؛ مسئولیت‌پذیری؛ آزاداندیشی؛ عدالت‌محوری؛ امیدآفرینی؛ شاگردپروری؛ خودسازی مستمر؛ تقویت روحیه جهادی؛ تولید علم نافع و مسئله‌محور؛ تعامل مؤثر با دانشجویان؛ مشارکت در حل مسائل جامعه؛ و ایفای نقش الگویی در رفتار فردی و حرفه‌ای؛ به‌عنوان راهکارهای ارتقای رشد اخلاقی و معنوی با محوریت استادان، پیشنهاد شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: رشد اخلاقی و معنوی دانشگاه در گرو ایفای مسئولیت‌های علمی، تربیتی و اجتماعی استادان است. رفع موانع اخلاقی و تحقق راهکارهای پیشنهادی، می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز ارتقای فرهنگ دانشگاهی، تربیت دانشجویان متعهد، افزایش سرمایه اجتماعی دانشگاه و تحقق اهداف دانشگاه اسلامی و تمدن‌ساز باشد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: University professors, in addition to their educational and research roles, bear a significant responsibility for the moral, spiritual, and identity-related development of students, as well as for the cultural guidance of the university. The task of identifying obstacles and shortcomings in moral and spiritual growth, along with strategies for their enhancement, has been outlined as a crucial responsibility of professors, drawing upon the words of the martyred Imam, Grand Ayatollah Khamenei. Methods: This is a review study encompassing messages, speeches, meetings, and other official documents published by the martyred leader concerning universities, higher education, science, ethics, and the role of professors. The documents were collected purposively; relevant content was extracted, classified according to thematic areas, and synthesized. Results:The most important barriers to moral development in the university include: neglect of religious and ethical standards; aimless expansion of higher education; lack of insight and failure to recognize the enemy; scientific dogmatism; unhealthy competition; intellectual arrogance; the instillation of hopelessness; neglect of the university's social mission; the dominance of scientific consumption over knowledge production; and disregard for social ills. Strategies for promoting moral and spiritual development, with a focus on university professors, include: strengthening faith and self-purification; fostering responsibility, intellectual thinking, and justice-oriented conduct; instilling hope; mentoring students; continuous self-improvement; strengthening a spirit of jihad and selfless service, problem-oriented knowledge; effective interaction with students; participating in solving societal problems; and serving as role models in both personal and professional conduct. Conclusion: The moral and spiritual advancement of the university depends on professors fulfilling their academic, educational, and social responsibilities.
